I stayed here a few weeks while working in Albuquerque and this is a great little studio. It has a nice kitchen with a full-sized fridge, oven, range, and dishwasher as well as plenty of pots, pans, plates, and cups. The washer and dryer also worked great. The Wifi was very fast which was helpful since I had to take an online class during my stay there. It has a mini split air conditioner, so it is really easy to keep the place at a comfortable temperature any time during the day. This is a really good studio to stay at, especially if you need to stay in town for weeks or months at a time for work. Ernest was also very communicative and great to chat with! I would be happy to stay here again if I need another short/medium term rental in Albuquerque!

The apartment was so cute and comfy. the only thing was the parking as we have a very low van, the door would hit the side walk... other than that it was a great place to stay. I will definitely keep this apartment in mind when we come back if the host decides to let us come back.

Great location and easily walkable to UNM, restaurants and grocery store. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay in one of Jimmy's properties again.

Had another great business trip in Albuquerque with my 2nd stay at Thomas’s Casita. Everything went well and Thomas was great as usual. He communicated well throughout my visit and has become a good friend. I look forward to my next visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is a basement apartment located within 20 minutes of Albuquerque yet in a mountain setting, surrounded by Ponderosa Pines. It's minutes away from the ski resort and crest of the mountain with lots of hiking and biking options as well. The unit is tastefully decorated in a lodge theme with plenty of attention to detail. Brad was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Justin’s townhome. We were able to see hot air balloons every morning which was a nice little surprise. The house was the perfect fit for my family of 4 plus a friend. The area is close to Sawmill market (like walkable) and it was a cool little spot to see. Beds were comfortable. Justin was a very responsive host. I always felt safe in the neighborhood, the garage was nice but we were unable to use it bc we have a surburban. We enjoyed a couple evenings by the firepit. I would stay here again if we ever visit Albuquerque again.

Katey’s home is situated in a friendly nice neighborhood of Albuquerque. I stayed by myself, although her place offers two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms which is a huge plus! Very clean, very accommodating, I highly recommend. She was always very friendly and lovely to talk to.

The views were even more beautiful than expected. The kitchen was amazing full of room and just a very comfortable home to be in with my family. Would definitely stay here again and there’s a top choice when coming to the area each year.

Very charming & cozy home. Beds are very comfy and options for soft or firm pillows was the best touch. They even provide a white noise gizmo. Communication was easy & Abby was very helpful with recommendations. I would happily stay again.

Alfred's place was perfect. We felt right at home and enjoyed all the amenities. The house was very clean and felt safe in this quiet neighborhood. This location was so nice and located near a walking trail. My husband and I took many morning and evening walks. The Sandia's are a beautiful site. The house was in the right place for us. The ball fields were not far away and we had everything else we needed within minutes of the home. Wish I would have found the secret bathroom early on in the stay!! lol. The yard was great for the kids and the back patio was perfect. Thank You guys for a wonderful stay.

This place is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. The internet worked while I was working. The kitchen has everything you need and is in good condition. The owners' service was 100% prompt and attentive. The air conditioning cools very well. I recommend it. Thanks to Serge for his attentiveness.

This is a great place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood, private, and it's great to have a garage for your car! The condo is clean, you have what you need, and John is very friendly and responsive. This is my 2nd stay here, and I look forward to staying again next year! Thanks for letting us stay again, John! It is a lovely little home! 😁

ive lived in new mexico for a while but never in albuquerque. ive spent some time there, but staying downtown for a couple days gave me a chance to wander the streets aimlessly with my dog and see some of the streets differently than before. it was good. also cool to watch the street from six floors up. copper st. is an interesting one.

Everything was great! Jeanne and Jim were very attentive in all our communications and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Albuquerque, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well-equipped place with excellent value.

Doug was an extraordinary host. Very responsive, accommodating and respectful. The unit was exactly as described, very clean. The area itself was nice and close to downtown. The experience with Doug made for a very relaxing vacation. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!!
