Vacation rentals with a patio in North Tustin

The apartment was clean and modern, and it had everything we needed. The building felt very safe, and amenities like the gym and pool were nice.

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

The stay was pleasant. As advertised it is minutes away from Disney. Easy to find and lot of restaurants nearby. The hosts were proactive and had open lines of communication.

Beautiful Apartment with amazing views. Check in check out process is cumbersome as you have to make two trips to the apartment each time. There is a lot of traffic noise as it is right next to a very busy road.

The location, amenities, space, and cleanliness—everything was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook. The height of our car didn’t allow it to fit in the garage, but there was also an outdoor parking area, which we were able to use. Just one note: there is no hairdryer provided, so please be aware of that.

Great place to stay! Close to Disney, which is why we stayed and there was plenty of room to park in the driveway. The neighbors were pretty loud, but that's not his fault. The only trouble we had was with the door code, it just took a few times entering it for it to finally unlock, but overall very simple. The biggest highlight for me was the linens. I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs where the bedding didn't feel 100% clean, but this was very fresh and clean and the overall place was super clean. If you're planning to sleep on the pullout couch, I might suggest bringing an air mattress cause its a bit stiff, but not a huge issue. He was very communicative and the outdoor space would have been great to grill in if we were staying longer. Would stay again!

Amazing! Parvaneh’s place is spotless and well taken care of. It was everything we needed for a short stay. Nice kitchen, nice backyard. The pool is a nice touch. It’s near everything with only a 10 min drive to major stores or any restaurants. Would definitely be back !

Jaiver was very kind and friendly and made sure our entire stay was comfortable for us! The house was decorated nicely and clean. He replies back very quickly if you have any questions. We felt just right at home and would definitely come back. :)

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

this was an excellent spot for my vacation to entertain my family and friends. very close to the beach in downtown area. really accessible to stores and any other accessories that you would need will definitely use the spot anytime I come down to Huntington Beach

This was a great place to stay for a peaceful evening! It’s a bit off the beaten track which is nice for a relaxing, quiet stay. Definitely easiest to access with a car (rather than Lyft/Uber), but was very cute, comfy, and enjoyable stay. The kitchen has all new appliances and was very well stocked. Overall felt modern but still quaint! Great place to stay for a quiet reset

This was a great place to stay and it was able to accommodate our large group easily. The 5 rooms are very spacious and the dining room is huge! It’s located in a nice area and is close by to a lot of shopping and dining. I would highly recommend this host and this home.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

Rebecca was a wonderful, very accommodating, and mindful host! She has created a very vibrant and colorful yet comfortable environment in the Air B&B and made it definitely worth the stay! She made check-in and check-out very easy and even recommended some great local spots! The place is beautifully decorated and in a great location in laguna Niguel. Highly recommend! :) 10/10! Chris’s place was exactly how it was described: beautiful location and a great condo! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay!! And Chris always emailed quickly with helpful ideas and a kind word. I would recommend this home to anyone who loves a beach environment!!
