The beds were so comfortable and the space was perfect for getting 10 family members together. It was good for teens and young adults as well as old adults. Lots of separate spaces to hang out and visit. Hosts were super responsive and answered any questions we had. All in all a really great weekend!!! Thank you so much!!

Great place for families to stay for their Disney trip. The decor and amenities add so much to the Disney experience and the pool is a perfect way to relax after a long day of walking through the park. It is walkable but DO NOT try to cut through the parking lot, security was very mean to us about this. If using Uber, I Suggest using Pixar Hotel and riding the monorail into the park (for multi-day or park hopping). I wish the master had it's own shower and the house does get extremely hot at night. The A.C was very loud which made us nervous and we had trouble with the wifi but Ben was such an amazing host and the house was just awesome!! The home and setting is beautiful! Perfect for our family coming from far distances to celebrate a graduation from a local University. Ahn was very helpful and quick to respond and assist with any and everything. Hope to have the occasion to come back again!

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute and cozy perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were absolutely amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right throughout my stay. The home itself was thoughtfully decorated and had a great vibe. One of the highlights was definitely the game room it had everything you’d want to unwind and have some fun. But my favorite part was the movie room! It was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like having my own little theater. I spent hours just relaxing there with a blanket and some snacks. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, charming, and full of little touches that made it feel special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and cozy experience!

We originally reserved this Airbnb with the plan to visit Disneyland but ended up going to Legoland instead. It worked out perfectly since the house was less than an hour away from both locations and only about 20 minutes from the beach! The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the neighborhood was so peaceful and cute. My kids loved it so much they asked for nightly walks! Todd was an excellent host. Check-in was seamless, and he was very responsive to all our questions. Unfortunately, my 5-year-old accidentally broke a vase during our stay, but Todd was super understanding about it. He also adjusted the pool and spa temperature for us right away so we could enjoy it even more. I highly recommend staying here – a wonderful home, great location, and a wonderful host!

Our stay at this home was absolutely phenomenal. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family getaway. The bedrooms were comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a great night's sleep. With multiple TVs throughout the home, everyone had their own space to unwind, whether it was watching their favorite shows, playing video games, or simply relaxing. The outdoor amenities were a major highlight. We enjoyed using the basketball hoop for some family fun and made great use of the grill for outdoor meals and relaxation. This home offered the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and space, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay here! Beautiful views and nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen and some nice extra touches. Only real challenge for us was that there is one bathroom downstairs for two bedrooms and guests. Other two bathrooms are upstairs..not a huge deal but didn't realize that when I booked it. Nice and close to Orange and short ride to Newport.

Highly recommend it’s a beautiful place so much room for activities definitely can’t wait to go back when ever I’m in town host was easy to talk to and actually very fast overall had a amazing experience !

My family, 4 adults and 3 kids, had a great time! House was spacious and outdoor area was nice- completely fenced in so the kids could play outside and parents not have to helicopter watch. The neighborhood is quiet and about 15min by car to Disney. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The host was very kind and went above and beyond to welcome our group! Check-in and check-out were really easy. The house and amenities were pretty typical of most built-for-Airbnb homes (nothing too fancy but just enough for you to get by). In other words: lower your expectations and understand that this listing emphasizes the theme of the house and rooms over the quality of the amenities. Although the value (what you get for what you pay) is satisfactory, it's nothing to rave about. If you care about really nice high quality amenities, then this is not for you. Expect lower quality linens, all-plastic dishware, dull kitchen knives, plastic champagne flutes, etc.

Firstly, Mia and David are very good communicators. Everything from the description of their place on the website to their pro-active communication about a gardener coming to do some work at the house, they were clear and timely in their communication. The house was great for my family and my sister's family for our Southern California vacation. The space is great for kids, especially the large backyard which has a well maintained lawn and play structures for the kids. The garage with the pool table and the darts were a hit with the tweenagers and the living space was great for all of us to relax and chill. The kitchen was well stocked with all the spices and some breakfast items, which is a lot more than we expected! (Special thanks for that, as it helped us cook healthy meals in the house) Nit: The only suggestion I have is to maybe have more stainless steel utensils vs non-stick as they can release toxins into food (some pots and pans had scratches on the non-stick coating)

We enjoyed our stay at James’ place - clean, nicely decorated, and close to Disneyland and local restaurants. James is a great host with excellent communication. We would stay here again!

Stayed here for Chapman’s graduation weekend. Easy walking distance to the circle and all the restaurants and shops in Old Town. House was very clean and nicely decorated. We would stay here again if we have a chance to visit Orange again.

Great place to stay! Close to Disney, which is why we stayed and there was plenty of room to park in the driveway. The neighbors were pretty loud, but that's not his fault. The only trouble we had was with the door code, it just took a few times entering it for it to finally unlock, but overall very simple. The biggest highlight for me was the linens. I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs where the bedding didn't feel 100% clean, but this was very fresh and clean and the overall place was super clean. If you're planning to sleep on the pullout couch, I might suggest bringing an air mattress cause its a bit stiff, but not a huge issue. He was very communicative and the outdoor space would have been great to grill in if we were staying longer. Would stay again!

Amazing! Parvaneh’s place is spotless and well taken care of. It was everything we needed for a short stay. Nice kitchen, nice backyard. The pool is a nice touch. It’s near everything with only a 10 min drive to major stores or any restaurants. Would definitely be back !

This home is such a beautiful spacious gem. It is so homey with plenty of space for my big family to stretch out. It's not far from Disneyland which was our main purpose for our stay but has a couple nice parks and stores near by. It's well equipped for all your cooking needs and it even has a piano, which was an absolute treat for my son who loves to play his piano back home. Check in was smooth and communication was great. Tom was there when we arrived and was so welcoming and a pleasure to meet. Would definitely stay again

This was a great place to stay for a peaceful evening! It’s a bit off the beaten track which is nice for a relaxing, quiet stay. Definitely easiest to access with a car (rather than Lyft/Uber), but was very cute, comfy, and enjoyable stay. The kitchen has all new appliances and was very well stocked. Overall felt modern but still quaint! Great place to stay for a quiet reset

We were in Orange attending our daughter's graduation from Chapman University. Scott and Debi's home -- TWO homes, actually...a second home/cottage is located in the rear of the property and that came in very handy for our large group -- was perfect for our stay. We loved everything about the property. Scott and Debi have obviously put a lot of love and hard work into making this property a welcoming, inviting and comfortable place to stay. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio of the upper (main) house with the stunning view overlooking Orange to the south and Anaheim to the southwest. The location was perfect for our frequent trips to the Chapman campus, as well as to Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. All in all, we loved it and would highly recommend it to others.
