Apartment vacation rentals in North Shore, Pittsburgh

Caitlin's place overall was a great stay in Pittsburgh without a car. We were steps from the light rail station. The apartment is on the light rail but it was quiet enough to not keep us up at night. It made it easy to get to downtown and avoid costly event parking. The apartment was clean, and well appointed with plenty of the items that we needed. The stairs to the unit are a bit steep, but was easy to access overall. The unit can be a bit difficult to find but the pictures Caitlin sent were helpful and made check-in a breeze even late at night. Parking on the street was so easy and we were never concerned about finding a space. My son loved the neighbor's cats that we would see outside each day on our way out of the apartment.

Jack is a great host and I was so grateful to him for sharing his beautiful home. He had so much to share about his home, its history and the neighborhood. The weather was rainy one day of my stay and he offered me an extra night on him so that I could enjoy the city on a nice day. I had to return home for work, but it shows Jack's kindness.

This place was just as advertised. Apartment was spacious and clean. Location was great and very walkable to the convention center, in particular with nice weather. Adam was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Robert’s place was as advertised. The apartment itself was spotless and was well above what we were expecting. The hosts communicated very well and responded immediately with any questions I had. They took extra time to lay out step by step instructions so parking and check in was very easy and exactly as described. This was one of the best stays I have had and again I can’t stress enough how spotless the apartment was. I highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

A nice quiet place to stay with all the necessities and a comfy bed!

Host was extremely helpful and responsive. I felt right at home. They made the stay so much more enjoyable. I am already planning my next trip there. Property is just like the images, it’s so clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of places are walking distance or 10-15 min drive.

Highly reccomend this place to anyone visiting Pittsburgh Grandview area. Stayed here on weekdays. Street Parking was no problem. Jaron provided clear instuctions and maintained good communication throughtout our stay. Attention to providing all essential amenities is appreciable. Overall, had a comfortable stay here. Would like to visit again !

It is impossible to say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth's home. I did not want to leave. I couldn't get enough of the view and enjoyed the patio daily and nightly. I took the bus to Pirates games @ PNC Park because the bus stop was one house away, the ride about 10 minutes. The upstairs bed and pillow was so comfy, it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The closet is huge with TONS of hangers. There are lots of fluffy towels. There are gorgeous fireplaces, beautiful wood floors / banisters / ceiling, a lovely bathroom and a small fridge and microwave for leftovers. It was very clean and there were thoughtful items, like desk supplies, q-tips, exercise equipment and, most importantly, air conditioning. Things to note, in case they matter to you - there is no kitchen and there are two flights of beautiful wooden stairs. I never want to stay anywhere else in Pittsburgh.

Maggie’s place is a great find. We spent three days here and we absolutely loved the house. The overall feel but also all the nice details and charming touches. The place looks just as great as in the photos. The neighborhood has lots to do and see but it’s also surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We also really enjoyed the elevated terrace out back. Maggie is a great host. She gave us all the information we needed at all times and she’s super friendly. Everything was perfect, this is a great find.

Awesome location! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do while visiting Pittsburgh. Zack is an extremely nice host, who is helpful and extremely communicative. Highly recommend!

Place was perfect for a weekend in Pittsburgh to see Phillies v Bucs, good location, was clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful carriage house and got to explore the goodness on the Northside and in the Strip and Lawrenceville. And when my friend twisted her ankle and needed Urgent Care, it all went so smoothly and Shannon allowed for a late checkout. Beautiful place, terrific host and we hope to stay there again!

Susanna’s place was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Just across the bridge for our walk to the Pirates games (short enough for our 6 & 8 year old to make the walk during a heat wave with no complaints). A full block of eclectic restaurants right outside our door. And tons of theaters surrounding the build. Very cool views; we could see downtown and the incline lit up at night from our bedroom. I saw some reviews mentioned the area may be sketchy. This is downtown Pittsburgh, I expected to see homeless people on the streets like you would in any part of any downtown of a large city in the US. I never felt unsafe. The building is VERY secure. You need a key fob to get in, to operate the elevator, and you can not access any other floor than the one you’re on. We chatted with several tenants who were friendly and helpful (one tenant showed us how to use the fobs for the elevator when we were too flustered with children to read Susanna’s very detailed instructions). Great spot

Lovely place! Wayne, Linda and Maggie are great hosts. They do go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I wish we had a little bit more time to enjoy the hot tub, grill or fire pit. The garden is charming and very peaceful.

Erika’s place was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay, and would’ve stayed longer if we could have, perfect little place for a weekend get away.

Incredible place, felt so super comfortable, like you’re walking into your own home, super clean, had music playing upon walking into, mood was set extravagantly, warm floors felt amazing at your feet, very clean.. my only regret is not booking longer.. so super clean and she was down to earth, great personality, very helpful host.. 20/10 will be going again..

We absolutely loved our stay in Millvale at Jacquelin's place! The space is stylish and well stocked with everything we needed for a few weeks stay. For consumables (laundry tabs, paper towels, etc.) we had enough for a few days as we settled in, and then stocked the rest of what we needed ourselves. This was perfect! Self check-in made arrival and departure incredibly streamlined. The hot tub was a delightful treat, especially in the evenings around Christmas when the days are so busy. The rental is in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from great things to do: a classic local diner has a location just a block or so away; two breweries are within a short drive/long walk; and you're very close to a main highway to get into downtown or any of the other city neighborhoods that you'd like to explore. We would happily stay again when we return to Pittsburgh!

My sons and I were visiting family in Pittsburgh. Decided to stay downtown and chose this place. The views were excellent. It’s a great location by Point State Park. Walking distance to most everything including PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. The unit itself was very nice. It was me and my 2 sons. I let my sons have the bedrooms and I slept on the sofa. I would definitely recommend it. The entire process was seamless. Ben was thorough and responsive. I would stay there again for sure. Highly recommend.

I picked this place for an overnight meet up to celebrate my best friend's birthday. It was perfect for what we needed- space for us to relax and visit at the end of a busy day. We enjoyed the view of the city from the large windows and the two balconies, and our children enjoyed swimming in the onsite pool. We parked in the attached parking garage for around $15.

Perfect location seems to be an easy 30min ride to everywhere you could want to be! House was immaculate, lots of room, beds were comfortable and clean!
