Fresh spring water flows though the property a gravity‑fed system, our on‑site waterfall generates clean hydroelectric power. New fully equipped 2 bedroom house only a block away from Nelly Bay beach on tropical Magnetic Island. It can be rented as a 1 bedroom (2nd beroom will be locked if booked for 2 pax) or 2 bedroom house depending on your needs. There is a queen size bed in both bedrooms. Great central location, less than a minute walk to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, clinic, playground, public BBQ on the beach front and bottle shop. Couple minutes to cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, bakery and bank.

Located just out from the City Centre at 207 Spence St, Bungalow, is this beautiful two-bedroom, one bathroom character apartment on the first floor up. There are only four units in the whole block – all managed by us. Don't be fooled by the outside - inside is lovely. It is an older complex and we are continually upgrading and renovating so it presents well internally. The unit is located near an intersection which can be busy at time, so please be aware there will be road noise.

The Winston

The Winston is a beautiful old church in the retro town of Innisfail which we have been renovating for about a year. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town. The area has many attractions close by Paronella Park, Etty Bay where you will see cassowaries walking along the beach, Babinda Boulders, Josephine falls, the Mamu canopy walk, white water rafting in Tully and Mission beach just to name a few
