The house was beautiful and it was exactly as described. My family and I visited from Alaska and we spend quite a bit of time in the pool and the screened in patio. The house is very family friendly. We could not have picked a better house to spend our short Florida vacation. We wished we were staying longer.

This was our second time staying here and it was great. Me and my family were a bit nervous about the house since it was post both hurricanes but Jennifer was great at responding and made us feel comfortable. The house was great and so was the pool.

Phil was an exceptional host from start to finish! His Naples property was the perfect setting for our family vacation. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Communication was outstanding - Phil responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything, which made our stay completely stress-free. The property had everything we needed, and the kids absolutely loved it! The location was ideal for exploring Naples, with convenient access to beaches and local attractions. The amenities were well-maintained and the entire space felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more attentive host. Phil’s hospitality made our time in Naples truly special, and we would definitely book this property again for future visits to the area. Highly recommended!

Ben was extremely accommodating. Our flight got in very early and he had the place ready for us ahead of time. The amount of kitchen items and towels were wonderful! Looks just like photos - Highly recommend!

We were looking for a family get away for a while since our LO was born and this place was exactly what we needed! Great location and walking distance to the beach. Provided all the necessities we needed for the babe! If you are not in a mood to go out, just stay home and relax in the pool all day! All beach necessities were provided in the package. And the place was spectacular. Kyle always promptly responded to all the queries. We would definitely stay in the same place if we decide to revisit Naples again.

Matthew’s stay was such a good plan. We initially planned to go to the beach but the house was so well equipped and welcoming that we decided to spend the weekend in the house instead. Would definitely book this place again!

The place has an excellent location, the host is very professional, the house is impeccable and there is a very good mosquito net to enjoy the terrace at any time, the beach is nearby as well as the restaurants, we loved it!!

This is such a beautiful home in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood! Vanderbilt Beach is just a few minutes away and we enjoyed Gumbo Limbo down the road near the Ritz Carlton! The home was clean and so nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, check in was easy, and Natasha was a kind and responsive host! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, 10-15min to the beach and great neighborhood! House is very clean, the amenities are excellent, we spent all the time from the beach to the pool to the beach and back. We felt right at home! Great find, Dave was very communicative and friendly, thanks again for hosting us!

The place is just as described in the details and pictures. Very well equipped and centrally located to everything, most places are within a 10/15 drive with grocery store and beaches within 5 minutes. There are several other beaches further out and worth exploring if you have the time (Seagate/Clam Pass - our favorite, Naples’s and Ft. Myers). We also did Captain Jacks Air boat event and it didn’t disappoint - highly recommend! The bikes were a nice addition as we were able to ride around the neighborhood to explore. Alana was an awesome host, very responsive and spot on with her recommendations! Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Alana’s place if back in the Naples area! Alana - Thank you for being a great host!

Loved our stay! Was very conveniently located so close to everything! Including all the great restaurants, Mercato, the beach, the waterside shops and 5th Ave. My husband and I lived in Naples for a few years and came back to visit our friends. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. Felt like we were home again! Alfred is a great host. Very helpful and replies quickly if there are any concerns or questions! The home itself has everything you would need and the backyard is beautiful with a new pool/spa. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great. The house and pool were awesome. We enjoyed our time here and will stay again if we get the chance. The inclusion of beach chairs and other amenities was excellent and really makes the value for the price be very good. Elina was an excellent host.

I was very pleased with this rental. It was spotless, meticulously remodeled, and the host was very nice to us. She even put out snacks for us. There were free beach umbrellas and chairs as well as sand toys. There were four bikes in the garage. It was less than five minutes from the beach. She was able to accommodate everything we asked for. The pool was beautiful and well kept. The home was clean. The Wi-Fi was super fast and there was cable as well. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. This is probably the best Airbnb I have ever had.

House was perfect for our family of 5. It could host more if needed. Pool and backyard was perfect. Close to shopping, food, beach, and highway. Only thing they could use or maybe we were in-between treatments was mosquito service spraying, but to be expected for the time of the year and weather. All in all perfect house for the money, would definitely stay with them again.

This place truly felt like a second home for my family - everything was perfect! The cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, and backyard exceeded our expectations. The workspace was ideal for my husband and I, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the backyard was our favorite spot to relax. Area was calm and felt safe, perfect for walks with the littles. Chris’s place was wonderful! We hosted a family gals weekend with 9 of us and it was fun for all ages. Great location and space for our weekend. We spent most of the weekend in the pool which was lovely and having the dock option to lay out on was great too. Chris was super responsive before and during our stay.

Our stay at Drew's house was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and spaciousness of the house. Every room was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen were perfect for gathering as a group, and the outdoor space was equally impressive. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the house is just a short drive from Vanderbilt Beach, great restaurants, and charming downtown. We loved how easy it was to explore the area and then return to such a peaceful and comfortable home base. Whether you're visiting with family or friends, this house has everything you need for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

This place was prettier than I remembered from the photos! The pool area is fantastic, and the overall layout of the house was great. It was very comfortable and clean, and my boys absolutely loved all the fun stuff in the garage! It was only a 5 minute drive to the Foxtail Coffee nearby, as well as many other restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Ted's place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Naples. He is a fantastic host who has thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Great location, nicely furnished home, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful beach amenities, and a beautiful and private pool/spa to relax in after a day at the beach.
