Williams condo was lovely and Tastefully decorated. extremely clean and peaceful with amenities. William was very responsive and friendly to any needs. I would rate his place and hosting at five stars. We will definitely be back. Thank you William!

This is the best airbnb i have ever stayed at. It was decorated with such a nice, beachy, peaceful vibe. Amenities inside included plenty of towels, detergent for washer, shampoo conditioner body wash in the shower (which was so spacious), bottle of wine with glasses, coffee pods for the keurig coffee maker, extra blankets for hanging around and for sleeping in the bed. The bed was nice and firm, not too firm, just right. There was an extra fan besides the nest controlled AC. Besides the fridge and microwave, there was a great icemaker. And the view from the living room was spectacular every day and night to enjoy. The balcony was a plus! Such a nice vibe to just sit and soak in the sunrise and sunset. Best air bnb ever.

Super condo, always clean and well stocked. Thank you for your hospitality. The resort food has improved, really liked the new Indulge restaurant. Great service. Great location. Oh and the shuttle service could not have been better. We used it for many trips to the beach! Communication with the rental team was great as always. Looking forward to our next visit. The Heyls

Small, but gorgeous property, amazing views, good part of town. Love the easy checkout, which was simply "lock the doors, we will take care of the rest". Highly recommended property!

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at Mari's place. We love it! Mari's condo is exactly what the pics look like. The place is comfortable and very clean. The decor is nice and bright. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen has everything that you would need if you wanted to stay in and entertain. The pool is awesome! Naples Resort Bay is across the street with shops and restaurants as well. And, of course, downtown Naples is a stone's throw to all of the shops and restaurants. Mari is a friendly and informative host. (And quick to respond!) Check in and check out was so easy. We will definitely come back again!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful . It was very clean and bright lots od room the kitchen and balcony had an amazing view. We watched the manatees from the balcony on a morning amd on an evening lovely sunsets. Apartment provided everything you could need and more when we arrived there were snacks,wine and water . On the sea level lounge we used the paddle boards which were amazing lots of games and a nice area to spend time in for when it rains. We also used the pool which is accessed by the club house a 10 minute walk round the harbour this has not been mentioned in previous reviews but this was an added bonus as well. The outside of this apartment was also ao pretty I would 100% recommend stopping here .

The apartment was perfect for my adult son and I. With a sleeper couch in the living room and the bedroom, we each had our own place to sleep and since each room had a door we could close, we couldn’t hear each other snoring! The apartment was very private and quiet. We were in a good location, close to many restaurants. It worked perfectly for our 3 night stay. It was a good value for the money. Yete responded quickly to the few questions we had. I would recommend this apartment.

First class condo and super location too!. The folks at the Resort could not be nicer. Mari's condo had every thing you could want to make for a very pleasant vacation. I would describe the condo as modern, clean, new and zen. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Mari was very responsive happy to answer any questions. The rental is on my favorites now and we plan to return when we plan out next Naples vacation.

Home & amenities were wonderful! Loved the central location & all of the wonderful beach chairs wagon etc in the garage. The Aveda product in the bathrooms was so nice! Ayleen was super responsive whenever we had a question We will be back for sure! :)

Beautiful Florida home, felt so comfortable in the home and neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, which is always a plus. Extremely clean and all the amenities were provided. The pool area was my very favorite. Nice splash mats to float on in the pool. Even had a basket full of beach towels. Definitely the best Florida home I have ever experienced. Will definitely be going back next time I visit Bonita Springs. Contacted Patrick that I was in the area to see if I could get in early. He said it was ready, so I was able to get in a few hours early. Had a wonderful time😎

Bright and comfortable modern home. The kitchen is well stocked and the screened in patio and heated pool are great hang out spots. Very easy vacations with young kids as high chair, pack and play and pool toys were provided.

Beautiful home with a great layout The home was very clean at check in. The pool is wonderful. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive host. I hope to stay in this house again.

The place is just as described in the details and pictures. Very well equipped and centrally located to everything, most places are within a 10/15 drive with grocery store and beaches within 5 minutes. There are several other beaches further out and worth exploring if you have the time (Seagate/Clam Pass - our favorite, Naples’s and Ft. Myers). We also did Captain Jacks Air boat event and it didn’t disappoint - highly recommend! The bikes were a nice addition as we were able to ride around the neighborhood to explore. Alana was an awesome host, very responsive and spot on with her recommendations! Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Alana’s place if back in the Naples area! Alana - Thank you for being a great host!

The place was very clean and nice and the host was super responsive. I had a couple of minor comments to the host, he replaced some of pots and chopping board right away. Everything went smoothly. I could tell the host takes care of the place very well. * Later we found out my son left a pair of eye-glasses. When I sent a message to the host, he was already aware of it. And guess what, we received it in a couple of days via ups. Thank you so much for your kindness! I'd definitely recommend this place!

Cozy paradise extremely close to fabulous shopping & beaches. This home was very cute, with a nicely stocked kitchen and amenities. Jenelle was very proactive in providing instructions so checking in and out was seem less. We enjoyed the proximity to Mercado for shopping, as well as the hot tub and plunge pool.

Andrea's cottage was perfect for our family of four! Steps from a family pool, lazy river and two restaurants as well as the tennis courts, full fitness center/gym and spa - everything seemed at our finger tips. This was the best of being on a resort / private country club and also feeling like you had your own home. The place was well appointed - everything we needed and then some thoughtful things we didn't know we'd need (pool noodles, beach bags and chairs, etc). Andrea made things easy and was a great communicator. Naples Bay Resort amenities were also a huge plus so that we had everything at our finger tips from restaurants to boat rentals. We rented boats two days and went to Keewadin Island - lovely! Then you are so close to 5th avenue / Old Naples as well as the Naples beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay - good location on the island. Rented bikes and enjoyed biking to the lighthouse area and nearby restaurants. Beach was easy to walk to. Condo has everything you need. Clean, comfortable and appreciated all the beach gear (chairs, wagon, toys, etc). Host was very accommodating.

Andrew’s condo is exactly as described. A 10 minute walk to the beach and all the amenities you could want. This was particularly helpful for us when we are flying and can’t bring items like umbrellas, chairs, or beach carts with us. Andrew also recommended that we load the beach cart up downstairs as the condo is on the 2nd floor, which was a very helpful tip! Having all the beach supplies was amazing and we would stay here again for sure.

Condo is located in a very beautiful setting that includes 24 hour security. The area is stunning and only a short walk to the beach. View from the balcony is gorgeous! Ocean view and view of the shared pool. Well maintained grounds and very clean! Grills for common use could use some maintenance and a good cleaning but they are centrally located for easy use. Kevin is a great owner! Very responsive and helpful. Condo itself is very nice and comfortable! Some updates would be nice however it offers so many great amenities! Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided however again could be updated. Overall our family believes we found a gem of a condo on a great beach in beautiful Naples! Well done Kevin!

Beautiful place at Naples , blocks away from the beach and the zoo, close to explore what Naples has to offer. The condo was clean well organized, we felt right at home Tamara is a great host and she was very attentive asking how we doing , making sure everything was going well with us. I would come back

Great place to stay for families and only a few minute drive to downtown Naples! The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Great pool, restaurants and tennis facilities at the club. When I had a question Michael was extremely helpful and responded quickly. We’ll definitely come back!

We had a great stay in the condo! There was Champagne to welcome us, and the unit was stocked with toiletries from shampoo and conditioner to sun tan lotion. Linens, towels and all the kitchen equipment appeared brand new. Thank you Andrew!!
