Vacation rentals with a pool in North Miami

The house was amazing and just as the pictures portrayed. Eduardo was very responsive and accommodating to our group. Overall great trip, so much so a couple of our friends decided to book a bachelorette trip in the same house later this year!

We had a fantastic stay at Lesliet’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. From the thoughtful touches to the peaceful atmosphere, it truly felt like a home away from home.

For our annual mother and daughter vacation my daughter picked out Cristina’s home because she loved the house, decor and layout and mostly the yard. The house is better than described. The little small touches added to the house make it even better the house has all you need for a great relaxing vacation. I thought I would hate driving to the beach but I didn’t it is so close and easier to carry your stuff. I ended up looking forward to the drive. Everything you need is close by and we really felt at home. Cristina is a great host, she does all she can to accommodate you and is so quick to respond and ease your mind with any question or concerns you may have. My daughter said “if I ever come back here, I am only renting from Cristina”. Thank you Cristina for the house with the great memories.

This was hands down the best and most beautiful home I have ever stayed in and I travel to Florida a lot! It was clean, the hosts literally thought of everything to make the guests feel comfortable and it was so peaceful. The hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. We loved the outdoor shower right off the main bedroom, and the entire home was so spacious! So clean! So worth the money! The hosts know what they are doing. The outdoor areas are heaven and perfectly outfitted with the most comfortable outdoor furniture! We did not want to leave! The inside was tastefully and beautifully decorated to make you never want to leave. Absolutely amazing! Please take care of the home if you’re lucky enough to stay there! We will be back next year! Really enjoyed our stay - very spacious and great for a family. The pool table was a hit and our infant couldn’t get into too much trouble since it was not cluttered and they had a high chair available for us to use. Comfortable layout and convenient for errands without feeling like a busy area. Surrounding properties are also beautiful.

This place was super nice, decorated so well, and clean! the hosts were so friendly and super fast with responding to any questions that I had, they also gave us lots of recommendations for local spots and places to go Safe area, in a neighborhood, and close to a lot of things!

Kevin was an amazing host! Always responsive and made sure to communicate what is desired from guest. Great space for a girls getaway!

Amazing place to stay. Very clean, good restaurants, great views. The only issue was the hand scans at the end as they started not working but rather than that 10/10 would stay again.

El departamento estaba realmente impecable, tal como se ve en las fotos y cumpliendo con todo lo que indicaba la descripción. Desde el armario con los elementos de playa y pileta hasta la cocina muy completa el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo, el edificio además cuenta con todas las comodidades como un pequeño supermercado, pileta, etc.

Nice unit with just enough space. nice view and amenities. Design district has,a lot to do and location makes Miami easy to navigate and get around. Well priced.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.

Thank you Rod and Vanessa! We have been on a lot of family trips using AirBnB and this was hands down the best one. Every single thing about the property was great. I can’t find a single complaint about the stay. The condo was pristine, Rod and Vanessa were super responsive, and overall the location was perfect. Tons of things to do, the amenities were great, and the condo is in a great area. Rod even stopped by and dropped off donuts one of the days which was an awesome touch. Would 10/10 recommend staying here and will be back again.
