House vacation rentals in North Melbourne

The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

We very much enjoyed our stay! It's a lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home in a terrific location.

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

Robert was a fabulous host as he was responsive and helpful. The house was ideal for our 3 generations to stay as it was homely and had enough space for everyone to co exist. We could relax and enjoy the place without worrying about the house being too pristine to move. Great family getaway. Thanks Robert.

Great clean and tidy place

The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Loved this house. Craig and Julia are excellent hosts, accommodating our early arrival and late departure. great house for 2 adults and 2 children or 2x2 adults if in couple don't mind twin beds. beds were comfortable. the house is spacious and has a lovely outdoor area and was really clean. kitchen is well stocked if you want to self cater (we didn't but easily could have) although not in the midst of restaurants and pubs, it is very close: walkable for most, but an easy tram ride if not.

At the departure there were some rude comments made by someone else. I really don’t appreciate it. If they can forgive it, I’m willing to continue recommending it to everyone I know. Thank you

We had a very minor glitch at check-in where I transposed the door code. I called Emily and Andreas was able to let us in remotely! It was awesome. House felt like it was brand new! Emily had done a lot of little things to make our stay better, like coffee, tea, dishwashing & laundry detergent being available for us. Plus some welcome snacks! Made us feel welcomed and at home! Would definitely come back!

Chev’s house was perfect for my week’s stay. Beautifully presented, pristine throughout with very high quality appointments; spacious while compact. It definitely fulfilled all the promises of the Airbnb description. I appreciated the easy communication with and quick response by Chev before checking in. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. Very close to trams and only a short enjoyable walk to main shopping and dining streets. The house was quiet and, most importantly, felt safe and secure. Ideal for relaxing when not out and about - a lovely, comfortable haven from the heat and busyness of Melbourne city. Gemimas place is amazing The apartment is beautiful, spacious and a little oasis amidst the business of Gertrude street The outdoor bath/garden is so beautiful and serene - we got some sunshine out there and it was just gorgeous One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Will definitely be looking to stay again

What a luxury to have an actual house with parking for this price this close to the city. Best of both worlds. We wish there was room for a dining table but otherwise they’ve made quite good use of the space they have.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

Great location close to everything. Will is very accommodating. He sent extra blanket and heater in Melbourne’s chilly winter. We really appreciate it! The rain gets noisy at night. Air con is very powerful on the second floor. Overall it is a great stay.

A unique and perfect venue for our bucks party weekend. Was able to hold the amount of people we had with no issues and had everything we needed for the night. Matt was very responsive and accomodating and we’ll definitely be using the space again in the future.

Highly recommend this stay. Close to all I needed. It was very nice to have fully equipped kitchen, I like to cook and Jennifer had most items and equipment I had in my own kitchen. Even had a small selection of herbs at the door, and a nice supply of coffee and teas. Not seen in other places I have stayed. Very comfortable and cosy with quality heating. Comfortable bedding. Bbq and smoker if one wishes to use them.

We loved staying at Cal's place. It's always nice staying at an Airbnb which feels like someone's home, not just a company managing it. Its a beautifully renovated space and looks exactly like the photos. The location is great, walking distance to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as an easy 2minute walk to the train station to get to the city. The linen was comfy and fluffy doonas to boot! Plenty of parking. The fire and coffee machine are a nice touch. We loved it here. Thanks for having us.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. Staying at the Red gate home of Daniel has spoilt us for any future Melbourne visits! Nothing would ever live up to the comfort, privacy, location and generosity that Daniel's home provided. From a kind early check in to the feeling of privacy and 'home' we loved every bit of our stay. Not least of which, the terrace was in an excellent location, easy to access public transport, visitor parking permit available and provisions galore supplied! Finally, walking in to a warm home mid-winter was priceless. Cannot recommend more highly! Thank you for having us!
