Unwind in a one-of-a-kind, tranquil retreat. This beautifully renovated 100-year-old Dog Trot sits on the north side of our property offering a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Relax on the front porch with serene views of pastures, wooded landscapes, and frequent deer sightings. Enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside while staying just moments away from Ruston's attractions. Charming pet friendly cottage! Centrally located!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.It is a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Your pet will love the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. Please note there is not a bath tub but a shower only. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has the double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook. We have it stocked with the essential seasonings as well as coffee, sugar, etc.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a residential area, the serenity you’ll feel here, tucked away, will be like home. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
