Beach house vacation rentals in North Litchfield Beach

Our stay at this beautiful beachfront property was everything we hoped for and more. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and beautifully designed for comfort. Everything we needed was right there—from beach chairs and towels to thoughtful little extras that made us feel truly welcome. Mary was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay, and it showed in every detail. Being just steps from the beach made every morning and evening feel magical. Whether we were lounging on the sand or enjoying a quiet coffee with the waves in the background, it was pure perfection. We can’t wait to come back. We liked our stay and will be back again to stay at denis's place it was close to the beach and he was very easy going and gave us all the info we needed to get in the unit and easy checkout instructions when we left we enjoyed out time at the beach this trip !

We had a wonderful winter beach stay at Gardenia with our family of 5. It was well stocked with toys and books for young children. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully including high-end linens. The outside staircase makes it difficult to use the downstairs king bedroom if you have young children but we made it work. It is across the street from the beach and creek boat ramp, which was extremely convenient. Lots of attention to small details made it feel like home! Anna was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Barrett was a great host and the property was as described. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check-in was smooth. Location was wonderful - a block back from the beach a quick walk or drive to the pier. I would highly recommend adding the golf cart - we loved exploring the area in it and it was a big hit with the kids! I reached out a few times before the trip and Barrett and his team were very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests/questions. The pool was smaller than we expected, but it worked for our young children. There were also no toiletries provided, but I may have missed that in the property description. Overall we had a great experience and I would stay here again. Thanks Barrett!

Our small golf group ventured off the beaten path and picked this beautiful home for our stay in Pawley's Island and we had a blast. The place is great, easily accommodating us and the location right on the water & marsh areas was spectacular. Internet & cell phone service no problem, along with easy access to the great golf courses we played (Caledonia, True Blue & Pawley's Plantation). Our vacation was the best ever and staying at this beautiful home helped make it even better.

Our stay at the rental home was amazing. The beach was simply steps away. The owners provided all beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler & a beach wagon so it was very easy to pack up our gear & go every day. All beach towels were also included. We loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our fur babies. The pool was also amazing. We could not be any happier with the total experience of renting this house. All instructions were clearly communicated in a very timely manner, & any correspondence with the owner was always answered very quickly. The house was very spacious. We had a total of 11 people & 3 dogs for our week long stay & with four bedrooms everyone was more than comfortable. There were also three full bathrooms, which was great & accommodated everyone to shower & get ready on a daily basis. The kitchen was well stocked with plates & silverware along with pots & pans, & it was very nice to see a ton games throughout the house for adults and children to play

Beautiful house in the perfect location. We had everything we could possibly need in one spot. Beach is steps away from the house. The pool and hot tub are wonderful options when you don't want the beach. Lots to do inside for rainy days. Kids loved the xbox. Fully stocked kitchen for family meals. Beds are great! Plenty of room to spread out. Amber is a fantastic host! Hope to be back next year. Best vacation ever!

The minute we walked in the kids asked if we could move there! Everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views and everything this place had to offer. The long dock and gazebo were icing on the cake! The drive to everywhere was easy and reasonably close. We will for sure be back!! Loved everything about it!

A DREAM beachfront vacation, especially for families with young children. The house is very clean. We had the pool heated for our stay- the pool is perfect for everyone in the family. Our children especially loved having the ability to enjoy themselves in the water on the tanning ledge. The master bedroom has the most beautiful view. The private beach access was great. We loved having our meals on the screened in porch. The charcoal grill was great for burgers & hotdogs for lunches and dinners. The 4 rocking chairs on the deck porch were relaxing for the morning cup of coffee or the evening cocktail. Plenty of parking. Pack & play available. I had happy tears arriving to this listing- it truly is a gem beachfront rental. It has everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation at the beach. There were even beach toys for the kids, lounge chairs and a beach umbrella. Kristen was VERY responsive. Thank you for offering such a beautiful vacation home for families to make memories

This place has everything you could want for a beach trip. A wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and even beach towels. The 4 block walk to the beach is easy but the golf cart made it much more fun. Public beach access with golf cart parking available on 17th and 21st. If you don’t like the sand, the pool and hot tub are enough. Even board games for rainy days. The only thing that could make this house any better is if it were oceanfront. Thanks again for the nice house to make more memories together.

The only thing I want to say and recommend that if the house is available for your time of vacation don’t think twice just get it. Thank you very much Michelle and definitely am visiting your place again .

It was a great location-a stones throw to a grocery store, liquor store, and a cafe. Driving distance to Murrells inlet-a great afternoon spot. House is perfect for multiple families and the pool was perfect! (Especially for stormy evenings)! Can’t wait to visit again!!

I had a wonderful stay at Bobby's place in Oceanside Village. I was in town for a graduation, and I wish I could have spent the entire weekend just bopping back and forth between the airbnb and the beach! The place was very comfortable and more spacious than I expected. It was so quiet I was able to sleep late in the morning. Getting to the beach in my rental golf cart took a matter of minutes, so even though I had to go to a bunch of events, I snuck in a swim everyday! On the last night I got hungry late in the afternoon and realized I could walk to the Conch Cafe nearby and sit outside with my dog, a sandwich and a beer. It was such a wonderful long weekend. Too many highlights to mention, but Bobby's helpfulness, the dog park and the friendliness of everyone I met in OSV are much appreciated! This is a great place to stay.

The stay was great! Spent the weekend there with 9 guests and this place accommodated us all! The cleanliness of the place was great! Matthew was a great host and had fast response time. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet . The neighbors were very very friendly as well! I would highly recommend this location! It’s perfect for large groups and a quiet get away !

This place has everything you would want for entertainment. The spa was extra nice because it heated fast and had a great atmosphere. Plenty of spaces for everyone and games to play. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. TVs everywhere. Host was super responsive. Probably the best host from all my times renting a home.

Fantastic stay! A perfect cottage for a fun couple night out for New Years Eve! We booked very last minute and everything was pristine. Would stay again!

Inside of the house was nice and updated. It was stocked nicely to our needs. Parking was a little tight. The host communicated very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a well needed trip for the kids and I after a difficult loss. The home was the perfect retreat for the kids and I to get away and spend some time together enjoying the surroundings of Murrells Inlet. The beach was a 30 second walk away, never crowded and the water was incredible. The home itself was very comfortable, lots of spaces both inside and out for everyone to find their own time to relax and play. The kids would spend all day at the beach then fish during high tide on the backyard dock. The kitchen was well stocked and the dual fridge was awesome, lots of space for food and drinks. We couldn't say enough about how responsive Donald was to any and all questions I had prior to arrival, he was a great help throughout our booking. Overall the experience was really great, we would definitely come back to visit!
