Great host, helpful and clean home! Massive backyard, I’d recommend this place for anyone looking to visit Cedar Rapids at a good location!

We came prepared to make food and beverages for a grandchild’s graduation. Kitchen was well stocked and I didn’t need most of my gear. Kitchen and bathroom linens were stocked and ready to go! Even beach towels if you wanted to go to the pool. Very nice and comfortable little home. All on one floor good for those who have limited mobility. We couldn’t be more pleased for what we needed. The fire pit and outdoor furniture was a bonus area for the guys who didn’t want to hang out with the cooks!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! You can tell it was once a Treasured home of the owner and they are very gracious to share it with people who need a large space near Iowa city! We could easily sleep our party of 11 with the bed configurations available and everyone had the privacy they needed. There are multiple living spaces off a very centralized kitchen, which makes for great space to be together but also have some personal space. The pool table and game room was so much fun and the pool and hot tub were such great amenities. We were able to park four cars without blocking anyone and it is a quick drive into Iowa city, probably about 12 to 15 minutes… seems to be halfway between the Cedar Rapids Airport, and Iowa city itself. For graduation weekend staying here was more affordable and more comfortable than 3 to 4 hotel rooms by far! Which would’ve been more expensive. So overall, a wonderful value.

Chad is a very proactive and responsive host. Super easy check in and in a great location.

This house and host are great! Have stayed a few times and so glad to have found it. Liz is very communicative! Her home has everything you could need kitchen wise, even had a high chair for kids. The board games and basketball/air hockey was so fun! Would definitely recommend.

Seth was amazing and very easy to work with. The house and property were very beautiful. House was very clean and cant forget about the lovable cat that enjoyed the weekend with us around the bonfire. I would highly recommend this house/property for family gatherings etc! Mark’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of three couples. The house was super clean and decorated very nicely. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We just had quick breakfasts in the home but for anyone wanting to dine in the kitchen was very well equipped. Mark was very responsive to any of our inquiries….highly recommend Mark’s place.

We had a family reunion at this beautiful home and it was beyond amazing. The home is just so gorgeous and the grounds are stunning. We got to be there with the peony garden in bloom! What a treat. The host was very communicative and responsive. The place had everything we needed for our family gathering. We definitely hope to be able to stay again next year!

Brock's place was great duriing our family visit in Iowa City. The home offered many great amenities and was tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. It was extraordinarily clean, updated, and very pleasant overall. The play area was perfect for our family, and we truly appreciated how accommodating and simple the check-in process was. We're very happy with our stay—thank you for providing such a welcoming and comfortable space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute, beautifully appointed and quiet. Most importantly it was super clean! The beds are comfortable and we were appreciative of the nice linens and towels. Kenneth and Cathy were easy to communicate with and so pleasant to work with. Check in and out was easy. The location is perfect, easy to get to everything. We hope that we are able to stay here again when we visit Cedar Rapids!

Joan’s place was beautiful and perfect for me while I worked in area Joan worked with me on checking in early was also very clean and had all the amenities I needed for the week loved being able to park in garage especially because I had to leave for work in the middle of the night felt very safe the area itself is a very nice area everyone’s yard in the area is pristine their flowers are beautiful I would highly recommend Joan’s place .

Kimberly so super kind!! Her home is beautiful and the art is amazing!!! It was super clean and quiet!! The neighborhood feels safe and the neighbor next door is super friendly!!! It’s an amazing place to stay! She even had craft stuff for adults and littles!!! Highly recommend!!

The place was exactly as described. Perfect for a group, there was a lot of sleeping areas and sitting areas. The back deck and patio were great with a nice view. Perfect location for visiting the Amana colonies and was nice the winery was next door within walking distance! Hosts were great to communicate with! Everything was clean!

Loved our stay!! The house was comfortable and very clean. We loved all the extra things that were provided, pop corn, coffees, teas, shampoos, conditioners. Great place to come home to and relax. My boys loved watching the horse and buggies going by from the front porch. Thank you for being so accommodating to our family. Hope to visit this place again soon!

It is a wonderful historic home. It has been beautifully maintained - I assume retaining the original rooms and layout. Early June is a great time to be here - was able to open the windows to take advantage of the wonderful breeze and cool night time temperatures. We had a family reunion and used the space to gather for a family history slide show event for those of us staying there as well as some others who were at hotels. Plugged my computer to an HDMI on the TV (this was one of the questions I had for Doug prior to the stay, and he responded immediately confirming that the flat screen TV would be able to do that). The house is set back from the street with lots of gardens. Awoke one morning to a sleeping buck out the side, and a doe with two fawns in front. Very peaceful. Lightening bugs too!! Thank you, Doug!!

Perfect house for our large group. Located in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to local attractions like Finkbine Golf Course and Kinnick Stadium. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. My Parents had the upstairs and we had the basement. It was roomy and comfortable and clean! When in the area we always love Pops BBQ in Iowa city with the BNBs location we were able to eat there twice. We loved the Maqokekata caves state park. (I probably misspelled that) the same town has Mega Grill restaurant excellent food, a scooters for coffee. We enjoyed Sabula and the Mississippi state park in Illinois. We always enjoy seeing the eagles in that area. We also enjoyed the Amana Colonies. The backyard of the bnb is also delightful. We saw several chipmunks!

Wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and very responsive! They reached out and kept us updated as needed. The house was cozy, exactly as described, and a peaceful area. Close to local attractions, yet gives local community vibes. Many thoughtful touches throughout the home as well. Would definitely recommend and return!
