This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

The 170 freeway is under a mile away, making it easy to get around L.A., but not so close as to create any noise issues. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, & there’s driveway parking.
