Great cosy place to stay. Walking distance from town centre and local transport routes. The flat was fully stocked with bottled water, coffee, milk & biscuits which we really appreciated. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. PS Would definitely recommend the rainbow cafe for breakfast down the road also!

It was a great place to stay. It had everything you needed for a couple of days away from home for 2 people. Ben was very quick and helpful in responding to any queries we had :)

Good stay for attending a wedding at Swynford Manor due to only being 10 min drive away.

What a beautiful place to stay, quiet and peaceful location. The apartment has everything you needed even milk to make a much needed cup of tea after a long day on the road. Ruth was so attentive and helpful suggesting visiting the local mill also saying we could arrive and check in a little earlier. Great access for local towns and villages. Visiting area to attend a party but checked out Jordan’s Mill which was a delight with a fantastic restaurant attached.

Amazingly Responsive hosts, I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s but one problem I’ve always had is communication times with hosts. With these guy absolutely not an issue and ever so accommodating. Will definitely book again

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. Kenny was responsive and provided recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. We used The Annexe as a base for traveling to Wembley Stadium, and Kenny provided useful tips on the best ways of travelling in and out of London. We'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

The apartment was excellent and the village was charming with a good selection of restaurants, pubs, a small supermarket and a cafe. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything you need even for a long stay. Janine was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment with 2 bed and 2 bath is fantastic when travelling with others and the lounge and kitchen was ample space. The mezzanine level was a bonus! We would choose to stay again. Thank you!

Wow! This is one of the nicest BnB’s I have stayed in for such a great price! Anna is wonderful and her place is absolutely stunning. We were 4 girls on a weekend away to see a concert at Tottenham Stadium and it was everything we needed and then some! Super easy to get to the stadium and a parking space on the drive. The whole place was spotless and so beautifully designed/ decorated the photos do not even do justice how lovely it is. The outside area was a particular highlight, and luckily with the weather we were able to make the most of sitting around the garden table enjoying food and drinks. The spa house at the bottom of the garden was an added bonus which we were super lucky to experience, we used both the hot tub and sauna and had a beautiful evening. I would 100% recommend Anna’s home and actually, we are already trying to find a reason to stay here again! Thank you Anna :)

Shaun's flat is comfy and spacious, with all listed amenities in place. Situated in the peaceful green neighborhood on the verge of Highams Park, it provides an ideal escape for nature lovers and those who would want to stay away from the city's bustle for a while. At the same time, it has good transport connections and is worth considering as a base for exploring North-East London. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying here for a quick getaway, and it was a true home away from home. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay special. We loved the jacuzzi and upper deck area that really allowed us to take in the sun and beautiful scenery. Our hosts were outstanding - warm, communicative, and ready to assist when we had questions. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a wonderful experience for their guests. This was one of those stays that left us feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. This place really has it all and we cannot recommend it enough. Thank you again for such a memorable stay - we will definitely be back!

Sai’s place is great. It’s comfortable, cosy, with everything you need for a good stay. It’s nice and quiet there, but nevertheless it’s brilliantly located close to local shops, restaurants and buses that will easily get you to the tube, or to Watford. It’s no problem to get to central London or to the Warner Bros Harry Potter experience. Sai’s a great host. Responsive, helpful and honest. He was really quick to ensure he returned items that we mistakenly left in the property when we left. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d do do again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly host. The place was cozy and comfy. The Collindale station is a 7 to 8 min walk. Easy to get to central London. There are lot of restaurants near by. Tesco and other supermarkets are also near. Access to the apartment is very simple with a key. For all the questions and information we needed about the place, the host was happy to help, kind and responsive. Highly recommended.
