AMAZING!! Accomodation was as good as described; had everything we could want and the garden was absolutely perfect for our active children, they LOVED it! Dawn and her hubby are amazing hosts and couldn't do enough for us to help us feel at home. Dawn was responsive and friendly both before and throughout our stay which really helped us settle in. As Dawn knew we were celebrating a birthday she set up the cabin specially for us which really made our day and started the holiday off in the perfect way. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore the area and won't hesitate to stay here again next time we holiday on the East Coast. Thanks Dawn :-)

Lovely, quiet cottage just outside Skipsea. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. Very clean and tidy. Well equipped and comfortable. Andrew provided clear instructions and was very responsive. Because we have elderly dogs we could have done with the outside area being more directly accessible, but it didn't spoil our enjoyment or the dogs! thank you

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect for attending the wedding venue, making everything incredibly convenient. The host was so welcoming and met us upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The property itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful welcome hamper filled with treats was a bonus and made us feel right at home.
