Draved old-growth forest and Rømø/Wadden Sea (UNESCO) are also within reach by car. There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. The cottage is 500 meters from the farm (access by car) where you can use your private bathroom, toilet. incl. firewood/charcoal.

Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

The tiny house offers a fully furnished apartment with 18 square meters, a full bathroom, fresh water in the pipes, electric heating and fast internet. It is nicely decorated so that you feel comfortable right away upon arrival. Private parking on our property.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. Lütt Hus on the dike - As the name implies - it is small and beautiful! Perfectly equipped, provided with individuality. The Wadden Sea, Fuhlenhörn swimming area, farms, a unique landscape, the right place for deep relaxation and recreation. We live next door - but not always and look forward to nice guests. For our guests we are always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. Our cleaning lady makes sure that everything shines and will make up the beds on request.

THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.
