This bright and modern 2-room apartment (approx. 40 sqm living space) with south balcony is centrally located in Westerland, Kjerstr. 19-21 Haus Nordland). It is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The train operation is not audible in the house. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2013 and lovingly and high-quality furnished. A modern swimming pool with sauna is available in the house. Close to shopping, main beach and pedestrian zone 5-10 minutes walk.

The allergy-friendly holiday apartment Haus Lazy Dolphin No. 10 is located in Rantum and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The main beach of Rantum is only 80 metres away through the white garden gate. The 24 m² accommodation offers space for 2 people and consists of a combined living, dining and sleeping area with 2 single beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom with window, bathtub with shower, hairdryer, toilet, and bath stool.

Sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Fußläufig sind Bäcker (ca. 100 m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und die Innenstadt von Westerland erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.

The property offers plenty of space to relax with 1300 square meters: - Covered outdoor space with a table and chairs, - Swimming pool, - Children's play equipment, - BBQ and sauna cabin, - Outdoor grill and more. The entire outdoor area is SHARED by the tenants of the two apartments!!!

Slap af med hele familien i vores skønne sommerhus. Her er 6 værelser med 2 senge i hver. Derudover er der 2 ekstra sovepladser i alkove i udestue. I alt er der plads til 14 gæster men vi anbefaler Max 12 voksne og eventuelt 2 børn i de ekstra senge. I huset er der pool på ca. 18 m2 og stilvandsspa til 5 personer samt en sauna. 2 badeværelser og køkken samt spiseplads til 12 voksne. I må medbringe 1 hund. Hunde må ikke komme i møbler eller senge.

Huset ligger centralt i forhold til mange turistattraktioner: 30min kørsel til Rømø, Ribe, Tønder og 1 time så er du i LEGO land.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf ca 3km, größere Einkaufsmöglicjkeiten in Heide (7km) Das Haus liegt unweit der Nordsee und ist mit dem Auto in ca 30min zu erereichen, Die beliebte Küstenstadt Büsum ist etwa 45 Automin entfernt.
