Second time staying here this year. Excellent location. Condo was exactly as described. Easy communication with the host. Would recommend.

Anne and Shane have created something truly amazing! I haven’t slept that good in years! My husband and I actually meant to see what mattress they used because it was COMFY. I even went so far as to try and amazing the linens because they were just that good. It was the perfect amount I space for us and our long weekend. We spent our weekend at sanibel and even managed to bring home a massive conch shell. We’ve decided that if Anne and Shane will have us, we want to come back year after year. Everything was perfect- the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook, the bathroom was absolutely stunning with a roomy shower, and they even provided all sorts of extras for any activity you may what to do(bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and an umbrella which we room full advantage of). 10/10 experience! If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Best decision ever!

Everything was great about this rental, great location, very clean, nicely updated and decorated. Well stocked kitchen with everything that was needed, especially sharp knives which tend to be lacking in others rentals we have stayed in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice having washer and dryer available. Andy was exceptional with communication and checking to see if everything was good for us. Accommodated an early check-in. Cleaning gals very friendly. Definitely recommend and would definitely rent from Andy again One of the best rental experiences.

This property is unique. Great location at end of cul-de-sac makes it easy to locate and is private. Right on a canal with wide view of the river, easy access. Kayaks ready to go. Bring your boat. Restaurant/store within walking distance with GREAT pizza and sandwiches, beer, pop, etc. Excellent location to parks, lot's of parks, bike park, walking parks, Manatee park. Accommodations are just down right comfortable. Everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Storage for your stuff so you aren't cluttering the living space. Host is as good as they get. Great communication, friendly, accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property. Have stayed more than once because of these things and more.

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

A comfortable and quiet space nestled in trees. Downtown is a 10 minute walk, and you’re maybe 2 blocks from the water. Great value!

We had a fantastic stay at the condo in Fort Myers, Florida. The place was beautiful, spotless, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The owner was incredibly responsive, very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Everything was smooth and stress-free, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Had a wonderful stay. The unit had everything I needed. I really enjoyed being able to walk to so many nice bars and restaurants.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful . It was very clean and bright lots od room the kitchen and balcony had an amazing view. We watched the manatees from the balcony on a morning amd on an evening lovely sunsets. Apartment provided everything you could need and more when we arrived there were snacks,wine and water . On the sea level lounge we used the paddle boards which were amazing lots of games and a nice area to spend time in for when it rains. We also used the pool which is accessed by the club house a 10 minute walk round the harbour this has not been mentioned in previous reviews but this was an added bonus as well. The outside of this apartment was also ao pretty I would 100% recommend stopping here .

A 10-15 minute walk to downtown, friendly and sociable neighbors on the street this property faces. The two hosts are very helpful and quick to respond to any problems. We were there for an extended stay and had a great time relaxing in the rocking chairs on the covered porch. In our free time, we tended to the front yard and found that plants that looked like weeds had bulbs, and we succeeded in getting a lily called Gloriosa to bloom, which should not have taken root on this land. Perhaps it was the beauty brought by Edison, who loved this area as a summer retreat. We had a great stay here. There are 3 units in the building, 2 of which have direct access to the screened-in pool. Michael was the perfect balance of helpful, responsive, and letting us enjoy our stay. The one bedroom unit is perfect for a couple, but also has a pull-out couch and inflatable mattress. It's very clean, well equipped, and recently renovated. You can walk right out to the screened-in pool. Nearby, you have some good restaurants and a Publix about 5 min away. Beach is under 30 min without traffic, and there's 3 parks within 10 min. I highly recommend this spot if you want to be within easy reach (30 min) of everything but in a quiet neighborhood, and with a great host!

This vacation spot was a beautiful home with a wonderful pool. Located 15 minutes from Ft. Meyers beach hot spots and short walks to some great eateries! Beautifully decorated with new fixtures and a giant deck to view the water.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

What a beautiful month we had at Terraverde . The condo was in a perfect location with an awesome pool/hot tub , golf sign up and snack bar. The golf course was a nice short executive course and in descent condition. The pool was the best part! Pristine water, umbrellas, dining tables and lounge chairs. The condo asteroid with two great size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was filled with your minimum supplies needed with various restaurants nearby. Don and Barb live in the community and were very helpful and responsive to our questions. Nicole the property manager handled all the paperwork needed and was very helpful in getting it all completed. So looking forward to staying there again!

Beautiful and quiet location. The property management company made it extremely easy to check in and out. They had our schedule and met us at the ferry dock to take luggage and tour the island before showing us to the house. Will be staying again

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Pointe Santo!! Even with some continued construction on the grounds (which we were well aware of, thanks to great communication from our host) we were able to fully enjoy our stay. The pool was great and the condo was well equipped and very clean. We felt right at home and were so happy to be back on Sanibel Island again! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would 100% rent again!
