Hideaway Cottage , charming village location

SammyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Absolute gem of a stay! Such a clever extension, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed to have everything you need and with loads of beautifully crafted items. Pru gave us eggs, bread, homemade lemon curd and some other bits when we arrived which was such a nice touch. Very clear instructions, recommendations for the local area and very responsive to our questions. It was our first stay away on our own with our 10 week old, and Pru provided a beautiful (handmade!) moses basket for our baby to sleep in as well as a little basket of sensory toys for her, which she loved! She was kind about the crying and the space felt very separate from the house due to the use of the porch to split into two houses. I would recommend this AirBnB to anyone! Unique and beautiful space close to Hull, Beverley and an easy drive to the coast.

Great place to stay. The place was spotless and well equipped. Some nice little touches from the host were also appreciated after a very late arrival.

Eastgate Cottage

Firstly, the house was immaculate. The decor was beautiful with a really inviting feel to it as soon as you walk in. Spotlessly clean. Lots of space for our kids to play and a paved/shingle garden my son enjoyed playing with his diggers in. Bedrooms were perfect and really comfortable. The street was very quiet and despite the limited parking we found a space every time we came and went. A very short walk to the main square in Hessle which had a number of different shops, pubs and places to eat. Sainsbury’s and Aldi were also walkable but a very short drive away. Train and road links to Hull and all the surrounding areas so getting around was so easy. Hope to stay here again when we visit family going forward.
An open plan lounge area features a blue sofa adorned with decorative pillows, a yellow accent chair, and a small white coffee table. Large windows are dressed with checkered curtains, allowing natural light to fill the space, complemented by a neutral-colored rug on the wooden floor.

Modern, renovated 3 bed home near railway station

Great place to stay. My family of 4 (including 2 young children) used this as a base to visit friends and family in the area and it was perfect. Exactly as described, in a quiet village location. Spacious kitchen and lounge/diner, good sized bedrooms and a spotless well-equipped kitchen. Daniel gave us all the information we required for check-in and a whole host of extra info about the house which made things a lot easier. He was also very quick at responding to any queries I had before our stay. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
A cozy seating area is presented with a green sofa and matching ottoman, complemented by decorative cushions. Large glass doors provide access to a patio and showcase views of the surrounding fields. A kitchenette with dark countertops and modern fixtures is visible along one wall.

1 bedroom garage conversion.

We loved staying at Angela's airbnb. It's situated in a lovely village, yet only 10 mns to major routes. The accommodation is modern, comfortable, well laid out, with private entrance and a rear terrace overlooking fields. It's extremely peaceful and relaxing. There's a great pub 2 mns walk away, serving fab food, and a post office/general store for essentials. It's also on a bus route. We can say that we will 100% return, if we need to visit the area again.

Really nice stay in a great location which is very connected to nature. Barry and his partner are great hosts and made us feel welcome and showed us how everything worked in the caravan. We would not hesitated to stay again.
