We loved our stay at Reinaldo’s place! The location was so serene and just perfect for a little getaway from downstate. They keep it very clean and in order and are responsive hosts! Our favorite moments were taking the kayaks out onto the lake, barbecuing dinner, and sitting by the campfire at night. Truly lovely.

Heather, Thank you so much! It is amazing how peaceful the house and that giant yard was, and yet we were so close to town. Everything was exactly as you described from the massive fenced in yard for the dogs, to the spacious house that easily allowed everyone to visit comfortably. We walked to town several times, and to grab the delicious food from the Pickled Pig. This house was absolutely perfect for our needs, thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Our stay with Pat could not have been better! She was a gracious, most helpful, and highly responsive host. The house was easy to find and CLEAN. Inside is everything you could possibly need, and then some. All of downtown is easily accessible and within walking distance. Our group included four adults and three teenage kids and were comfortable. We arrived to cookies and a handwritten note. You don't find that type of kindness anymore! We would absolutely return.

Great place to visit, house is very cozy with large windows in the living room. Loved watching the snow from the couch with a cup of coffee. Great place to go with kids, large backyard is a great place to them to play. Emily responded quickly to all my questions. Thank you , hope to come back next year.

I absolutely loved staying here! It was so beautiful and comfortable. We will 100% be staying here in the future for our hiking weekends!

We had a very great vacation at this place. Near to the WhiteFace mountain, the house has many accommodations (dishwasher, washer and dryer…). It was perfect for our family.

The Pond House was a great place to stay for a trip to Saranac, Placid, or the High Peaks region. The location is right on Moody Pond and is private, yet just a short drive away from town. Kelli was proactive in her communication and checking in/out was seamless.

Suzanne was super response to all my questions and check-in was a breeze. The weather wasn’t the best Memorial Day weekend but the basement had plenty to do and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub! The location is a super close walk to the Olympic Center and Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. I’m definitely looking forward to our return! Thank you!

I wish I could give Deb and Doug 1000 stars! The apartment was amazing, truly a home away from home! The kitchen was STOCKED with everything you would need from a waffle maker, pans, to coffee/tea, to eggs! Deb even made us homemade gingerbread cookies which were DELICIOUS. Two out of the four days that we stayed, we actually made breakfast and ate in the dining room! And saw hummingbirds out of the window!! The living room was super cozy and we made great use of the electric fireplace (The weather was still in the 50s when we went). It also had a very comfy sofa bed which I slept on while my parents took the bedroom. They said their bed was super comfy too! There was even a noise machine in the bedroom along with some fans (they really thought of everything!). The apartment was also incredibly quiet and private. And we honestly didn't even pay much mind to the low ceilings. We're all around 5'7" and we had absolutely no issues! We cant wait to visit again, we will definitely be back!

Lindsey was great. She was actually there when we arrived making sure that everything was perfect. She was very accommodating and worked with me to make my family’s stay perfect for our schedule, as we needed early check-in and late check-out. The place was very clean and cozy. The decorating was very modern and sleek. The rooms were relaxing. My children loved it. She had air hockey, mini golf, a soccer game, along with many board games, and books for their use during our down time. The apartment overall was wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we will be sure to return if in the area again.

a very nice and quiet place for me and my friends to relax! the river was sooo beautiful townake up to in the morning and we all made some s'mores by the campfire! right next to a nice restaurant and a Stewart's so we could even get everything we needed for the fire! would come back here again and thanks for letting us stay!

Angela’s place was fantastic and she communicated very well! The fridge was not working and after messaging Angela, she worked with us to get us moved to the upstairs unit with no extra charge. Both units were clean and we enjoyed our stay. We plan to stay in one of Angela’s units on our next trip to Lake Placid!

Devon's place was perfect for my visit to Saranac Lake as it is a short walk into town and provided a parking spot for my car w/ kayak on top. The apartment would be great for a couple or with a couple kiddos or others willing to share a walk-through bedroom into the queen bed bedroom. The queen bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and kitchen had AC which was nice to have. Kitchen and bathroom well-equipped. The linens were comfortable and towels good + plentiful. There are several flights of stairs and a clawfoot bathtub to step in/out of (w/ shower) so you should be comfortable managing those. Devon was super-communicative and I enjoyed meeting and chatting briefly w/ her and she was very generous in enabling me to stay an extra night. Would definitely look to stay here again should I be fortunate enough to return. The nearby paddling is phenomenal, the apartment is steps away from the rail trail, and Lake Placid is less than 20 minutes away by car.

Great location! The backyard was awesome! Clean and comfortable.

Meachele's home was well-situated, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We didn't get lucky with the weather but really enjoyed our stay, in part because of how kind, helpful, and friendly Meachele was. We'll definitely stay at her place again when we return to Saranac Lake.

The location is perfect with easy access to the Ausable river with brown trout fishing within 100 yards. Meg was friendly and responsive and made sure everything was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful Adirondack getaway!

What a lovely condo in a beautiful setting and impeccably maintained. Check in was easy. We really appreciated the cozy atmosphere with fireplaces and heated garage after 8 hours on the road in snow! The set up was perfect for us with my daughter, her husband and my two grandsons downstairs in their own space and my granddaughter and me upstairs. The beds were comfy and the kitchen very well appointed. The Adirondack Olympic decor and furniture is perfect. We especially liked the unique, bear featured stair runners. Robin and Bob are gracious hosts providing great details and suggestions for activities. We all wished our vacation could have been longer! Don’t hesitate to book, you will love it.

The condo was great! We stayed for a ski weekend and enjoyed the beautiful view of mirror lake, access to the indoor pool and hot tub and easy walk to shops.

Lana was a great host and showed us around the place when we checked in. She let us check in sooner than planned which was great after a long travel day. The place was quiet, serene and comfortable. The showers were "amazing". My husband is over 6ft tall, so it's hard to find showers he can fit in comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect. I'm not a fan of leather and that's all there was to sit on on the living room but I completely get why that's what is used, especially in an Airbnb with spills and germs for cleaning purposes. I just used a blanket to sit on, problem solved. She is doing some renovations and explained the new amenities coming soon. I would definitely recommend. Many thanks for a great experience.

Condo matches the pictures, but the view is far better than the pictures. Very comfortable space and open floor plan. Kitchen was well stocked, we cooked in a couple nights and had everything we needed to prep meals. Having three full bathrooms was great (we had 4 adults and two kids). Easy walk to the middle of town and all the restaurants/shops, but far enough away that it didn’t feel busy. Coffee on the balcony was an amazing way to start the day. We’ve been going to lake placid for 20+ years and have stayed many places - this is one of the best views we’ve had while still being right in the village. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, well kept, and clean condo. Space was perfect for our group and just as described in the listing. Kitchen was bigger than I expected and everything in the kitchen was in excellent/new condition. The DR/LR space was plenty big for our crew, and it was really nice to have have four bedrooms, each with their own updated bathroom. We did use the sauna which was lovely and a lot bigger than I expected! I would definitely book this unit again when in Lake Placid.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Kathy's! The place was very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, and all linens were fresh. The location was very convenient to all that Lake Placid has to offer but also removed just enough to have some quiet time away from the bustle of all the shops. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Lake Placid in the future. I highly recommend!

Very good from the beginning to the end.

This is a great spot if you can walk about 1/2 mile to town, maybe a little more if you want to walk the whole strip. The property was very spacious and comfortable. The electric heat was responsive and we were never cold in spite of the outside air temps and broken gas fireplaces (both). There were plenty of spices, oils, tin foil and kitchen items to cook with at the unit without having to transport your own kitchen with you for a weekend. That was very helpful. The rooms were large and plenty of closet space-you might end up spreading out too much and lose track of your things given there are 3 floors! Another review had commented that the unit was dated and that was true, old curtains and colors from the 80's or 90's, but it was clean and comfortable. My biggest beef is that check-out instructions should be included with description. You have to strip beds, start a load of laundry, take out trash, put away dishes, etc. What is the cleaning fee for? And they limit your TP!
