Fantastic sea-side view, quiet, clean, worth the money.

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

Amazing place! Having it situated near to the town area and tourist spots allowed better mobility during our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and accomodating to a group of 6 or more people. 2 parking lots was the add on bonus to this stay as that is convenient when travelling in a big group.

Quick response, everything is fine, the kitchen equipment is complete.

I recently stayed at Iconic Regency Service Residence and had a great experience. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing stay. They also provided free shuttle service to Queensbay Shopping Mall and George Town, it’s very convenient I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and pleasant stay.

Recommended host! Recommended Unit to stay with your family. Host Corrine is very responsive and helpful. Unit is clean, spacious my 2yo daughter are happily running around. This unit come with 2bedroom and 3bathroom, washer, sofa bed, Lshape sofa, dining table for 6pax, kettle, refrigerator, microwave,tv. Surely will repeat with this host. The mattress also comfortable. We had a nice sleep there.

Yiki’s place was great, spacious, comfortable and clean. Exactly as the photos showed. Convenient location to get around to all of Penang main sites. Yiki was very responsive and gave great tips for eating and days out. Would definitely stay again.

Check in instructions were provided very early in advance. The home was sparkling clean and spacious for 2 persons, specially like the sunlight reaching the entire home. But the parking is really challenging, advise to bring as small vehicle as possible. 👍

This place is a large nice home with thoughtful touches. We didn't realized that there isn't a stove for light cooking, and wished that it will mention it was a counter top bar mini fridge.

Had some issue with our previous airbnb and had to book another stay last minute. Was able to secure the booking with Dena and check in immediately. Dena and her team were very efficient and responsive. We checked in smoothly with them and we would definitely have another stay with them ☺️ highly recommend their unit as they views are good, sheet & toilet are clean and their unit is super cosy!

The house is nicely furnished in my opinion and good for big group gatherings. Many bed rooms available with a mix of single and double beds which are quite comfortable. And apart from the living room, there are other areas that friends/family can huddle around, both indoors and outdoors. All the basic amneties are provided and work fine. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, providing prompt response and help when needed. The only downside I feel is the narrow road and insufficient parking. It's convinient if you have 3 cars (or 4 if you park one right in front of the gate). Anything more and you need to park further... and the nearby Sunny Point complex is an option, but you need a 3-5 minute walk back to the property. Also, food choices within walking distance is limited to a few Malay food stalls. Overall, it was good value in my opinion... just be mindful if you are travelling with many cars, then it might not be the best choice.

The stay was perfect. The house is very nice, spacious, well laid out. There's nothing to complain about
