Lovely self-contained annex with shower room

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

We had a fabulous time!! Ian and Saundra were wonderful hosts! Very friendly, forthcoming, generous and helpful. The cottage was everything we wanted and had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. There is a great pub a 1-minute walk away and the cute village of Shere is just a 15-min walk away. We will definitely be back!

This was a lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and even a lovely welcome bottle of wine! We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you!

Wonderful, modern and tidy flat. Feels bigger than it looks in the photos. Andrew was incredibly helpful. I kind of wanted to live here forever.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment . It was easy to get into London by train . It was well equipped and the area is quiet. Communication with Pip was great . She was quick in responding and friendly . Thank you 🙏 . Just one thing to note the bed linen was listed as cotton which is definitely our preference as it breathes , sheets are, however duvet cover is 100% polyester. In warmer weather this becomes very uncomfortable . Overall we had a great stay .
