Phil's place had everything we needed. Situated right by the hospital - it worked perfectly for us as there to visit a very ill family member. We really appreciated the parking space and how quiet it was in the flat. Checking in process easy and all information very clear. Any communications were quickly responded to by Phil. Would definitely use again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, bright and comfortable. Quiet at night. Nice views from the living area over the harbor and looking over the town from the large bedroom. As Suzanne had noted in the listing, there is no assigned parking space which could be an issue. We had to pay to park the day of arrival. It’s free after 6pm until 8am. One item we’d suggest adding would be a clothes hanger for drying as the machine didn’t seem to actually dry anything. We’d highly recommend Seagulls restaurant (book in advance). Unassuming place but food was excellent. We also liked Platform for a Sunday roast and Rise for breakfast. The George was decent. If we’re back in West Bay, we’d definitely stay again.

Great value for money. Ann went over and above, as described on other reviews. Communicated brilliantly when we were informing her of what was going on after our car broke down. After a long drive it was great that some essentials were provided. There’s was great info and tips about the local area. She also left us a card and a sweet treat since we were on our honeymoon. The peg wall of leaflets is a lovely touch. Amazingly close to the white horse as well. We didn’t use the laundry facilities but it was great that it was there. Thanks for a great stay.

Sebastian’s flat is in a perfect location. I chose it as my husband can’t walk long distances and everything was really nearby. No need to use the car if you want a break from driving. Beautifully comfortable, with lots of extras provided. We’ll be back! Thank you x

'Rowsley' is a fabulous apartment. It is very comfortable and is well kitted out with everything you need. The location is perfect, we left our little car parked and walked everywhere. We really enjoyed our time visiting Lyme Regis and meeting Sheena.

Great stopover place for our trip to Exeter. Cottage was beautifully furnished in a peaceful village and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Very clean and comfortable, warm and lovely touches and wanted for nothing. The road was a bit noisy in the day but we were hardly there, but the important thing was, it was quiet during the night. Good location for exploring this beautiful area. Having stayed several times in this area, we were pleased to find this apartment in easy walking distance to Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs beaches, and a short drive to Compton Acres and Canford Cliff shops. Everything was as expected from the description and photos. The apartment is light and spacious, the patio area is sunny and sheltered and within the owners' garden, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals. We had our own off-road parking space. This is particularly important in this area, as the roads closest to the harbour have quite high parking charges. Jenny was thorough in showing us around the place and answering our questions, Paul helped us with the central heating when we had an unexpected cold spell. As experienced hosts they have thought through the little 'extras' that people need to make them feel 'at home'.

I had such a lovely day definitely worth it if you’re planning to visit Wells. It’s within walking distance of the stunning Wells Cathedral, which was truly breathtaking. Summer is a perfect time to come!

Sally was a great host. We had clear instructions how to get there, where to park & get the keys. The flat is just as described but the view is even better. We had a great 2 day stay with everything we needed. Short walk to restaurants & beach front. Will definitely stay again.

Wow, we have stayed in many homes traveling Europe. Emma’s was by far the cleanest one we have been to! This is a fantastic little apartment in a great location to explore Dorset. If Emma’s place is available, don’t skip on the opportunity to stay here!

Perfect location for walking to the seafront, shops and restaurants. Very cosy cottage, with a beautiful garden area (prettier in reality than in the fotos) where we sat in the evenings and enjoyed the quiet after a day on the beach/hunting for fossils. Mike was the perfect host, very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Anna's place is a beautiful. It is done up to a beautiful standard, and a great location to explore Weymouth, durdle door and Lulworth cove. Positives: - beautiful welcome pack on arrival - clean linen and towels - all instructions were easy to use - lovely spacious and airy - It has a spar right next door. - parking onsite - jacuzzi was nice Negatives -I believe Anna has new cleaners that day so kitchen and bathroom weren't 100% clean and bit musty. -the garden could do with a bit of maintenance - there is no stair gate for stairs worth noting for people with young kids. - no microwave (if needed) Overall it was a fab stay and we would definitely stay there again. Anna was quick to respond to my feedback and a superb host

Stylish, comfortable, homely accommodation in a fantastic location. The appartment was perfectly equipped for self catering including the provision of useful provisions like teas and coffees. The bedrooms were very comfortable and peace. The welcome flowers were a nice touch especially as it was my travelling companion’s birthday 💐🎂

Very comfortable stay. Great location in Sandbanks, in a peaceful location in short walking distance to the restaurants, and access to the dog friendly beach is just across the road. The property was ideal for us, spacious, plenty of room in the lounge, kitchen areas and bedrooms, and very well equipped. Direct access to the garden was great as we had our dog with us, and the hot tub was a welcomed bonus. Leyla was super responsive, gave us all the details and attention needed. Very grateful to her. We will definitely stay again.

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.
