Monthly Rentals in North Cotes

Wow!!! A truly amazingly spacious house. Just spent 4 nights there celebrating my 60th with the family. Simon and Mandy met my husband as he arrived to go through everything. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Literally home from home. There was 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and with so much room we could spread out. The children loved being able to run around and of course the pool!! The men thoroughly enjoyed the games room every evening especiallythe pinball machine. Us ladies chilled in the lounge room with a wine. We asked if one of the double single rooms could be made into a superking and the hosts were only to happy to oblige. The house was exactly as described, in fact better! Located in a rural quiet area. Spotlessly clean too. Bath towels supplied were so soft. The hosts kept in touch and answered all my messages promptly. Can't think of anything to fault as so perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hill Crest House.

Barbara and her husband were excellent. They truly went above and beyond, furthermore they’re clearly just really nice people. I’d highly recommend staying at their property! Note: Do read their listing carefully and bring cash (ideally change) to heat the property. This costs ~£1 an hour and is definitely needed in the winter. Still a million percent worth the stay though. Thank you so much.

We absolutely loved our stay, we have had a lot going on recently and wanted some time to switch off with no real plans. Our hoses were great - they stayed in touch but at arms length which was great as we knew we could always reach out if needed. We loved the local area and spotting wildlife and we enjoyed exploring different coastal areas and nature reserves. We visited and ate at some of the recommended places and very glad we did so! Our son is 10 and enjoyed spotting deer and hares and playing board games and he had a digital detox which we loved as he was busy enough! Thankyou again

Thank you Julie for another wonderful stay. We had a super relaxing holiday and didn’t want to leave! Everything is provided so tastefully, the bungalow and accommodation is lovely and the garden is gorgeous. We can’t thank you enough and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you x
