We had a fabulous stay at Pamela’s beach side abode! It was spacious, clean, and the perfect walking distance to the beach! Pamela was responsive, but allowed us to have our privacy! It truly was a dream! A note: if you are bringing wine and want to drink out of glass (because you’re picky like us:)) make sure to bring your own wine glasses. All of the cups (except for coffee mugs) are plastic.

Great location in the downtown Sylva area. Plenty of local venues to visit within walking distance. We wanted to stay in the downtown area and this was the perfect place. Full kitchen which made it nice for some family meals. Great host and creative use of a historic building to preserve Sylva. Would definately recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

Just as described. Great location for Dupont/Pisgah. Any noise from the road as mentioned in other rooms was a non-issue for us.

I've stayed at Blake's place a handful of times now and it's always a comfortable stay. It's spacious and well-stocked and the location is great for bopping around downtown Durham. Blake has been a gracious and helpful host.

We loved that we were able to walk to the beach and to the bay. Also loved the beach parking pass to give us the option to drive to the beach. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards and bicycles and all of them were fantastic! Very comfortable house, felt right at home there. Perfect house for a family to use. Also very helpful that Target, Publix and tons of restaurants were very close.

The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed. Jennifer was very helpful when we had trouble with the app to get into the cottage. She responded immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Tim’s place was exactly what I needed and I felt very fortunate to be able to get some dates there in June because it is beach time. I was able to enjoy Wilmington with my daughter and relax with my dog which was everything I was looking and hoping for! My dog Max also give’s Tim’s place a great rating! He felt at home right away! Time was present, neighborly and very responsive. I am hoping to go back in December!

Excellent stay here. Peaceful and quiet inside. Backyard was great for our dogs to play and run. We slept comfortably and had everything we needed here.

The home itself was incredibly well-appointed, with every detail considered. We were greeted with fresh flowers, a personalized welcome sign, and even treats for our dog — such a heartfelt touch that set the tone for our entire stay. Wes has truly created a space that feels both relaxing and special. We look forward to returning.

Great location and well appointed! Easy parking. It was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus the washer and dryer for our family. The water pressure was excellent in the shower and the AC worked well. Very responsive host and easy check in and check out processes.

If I could rate higher than 1 5.0, I would. Beautiful unit. Beautiful view. Cozy, warm, quiet. Communication with management was stellar. Incredible response time. Upon arrival, and in a mountain-y area where there was no cell phone coverage, the unit Wi-Fi functionality was addressed immediately, and swiftly. Our daughter was behind us about an hour, and regular cell coverage made it impossible to contact them and direct them in. Wi-Fi was reconciled in the unit immediately, and no connectivity issues persisted. Thank you to Stephanie and her assistants. Thank you for allowing us to stay and have an extremely memorable trip aboard the Polar Express!! Happy Holidays, and Merry Christmas!

We enjoyed our stay at Catherine's place! It was the perfect size for our family with great amenities. The beach and pool were perfect and easy to access. The kitchen was well-stocked which is important to us as we enjoy cooking on vacation. The beds were comfortable and the living space felt right at home. We would definitely stay again!

This is a hidden gem. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Ocean view from inside and from screen porch - peaceful and literally steps away from a beautiful quiet beach. Nice pool and outdoor showers and decks for relaxing. Comfy beds and nice linens. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. We loved everything about this cottage - and the location was the best. I appreciated a text from the host saying we left a watch behind. Host even offered to mail it to us. I would love to come back and stay longer!!!
