Great place within walking distance to a couple restaurants and a grocery store. Also a short walk to the local airstrip!

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

A great alternative to the typical beach place. Private and serene, 1/2 mile from beach

We stayed here at Zoe’s place after our wedding. It was the most perfect little place to stay just my husband and I. We loved having a quiet little space to return to after hanging out with family and friends all week. Having the nice little touches like coffee from a local shop, laundry detergent, and bathroom items already there made it even extra special. Zoe definitely knows how to make a guest experience wonderful! If we ever need a little space for just us two we will return again!!

Lil’ Dock was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend visit. Downtown New Bern is just a short drive away, and we also got the quiet river view that comes with not staying right in the city. We would absolutely stay here again!

This home has everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay. The beautiful deck with Adirondack chairs is perfect for watching the waves and enjoying a cocktail. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials (like a peeler and bottle opener), which made it easy to cook meals for our family of five. The TV setup worked great for a cozy family movie night. We brought our own beach toys and chairs, but it would be a nice touch if the property offered some for guest use. The outdoor shower, easy parking and laundry downstairs completed the package! We only stayed one night but definitely would come back for longer. The beach here is gorgeous!

Absolutely gorgeous location and the amenities were fantastic. Sadly we only stayed a single night but we enjoyed every part of the house. My wife and daughter were enamored by the creek and outdoor experience even though a flash rainstorm prevented us from experiencing it after dinner. Great place we recommend it!

Awesome oasis in tree-covered canopy! We stayed at the airstream more then we ventured out! We loved the outdoor area and even took a nap on the sofa! We took numerous dips in the hot tub and grilled out! We loved the tree-lighted areas indoors and very detail has been thought out! Thank you for a wonderful getaway and would definitely recommend to others! Loved tubing with Brevard Tubing .3 miles away! Hiked to waterfalls in DuPont State Park. Well worth it! Beautiful! Walked in downtown Brevard to shop. A must!

We had a great time and the place was awesome

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back sometime! The home looks just like the pictures and is very well stocked. There were lots of clean towels and every bed had four pillows. The walk to the dock is short but is quite steep with stairs. We didn't encounter anyone during our weekend trip, but it does appear that it may be a shared dock as the path connects to another home. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. Coffee, cream (shelf stable) and sugar were also provided. The bed was comfy, and the dedicated AC unit for the main bedroom was really nice to have. As this place is right by the lake, you should be prepared for some spiders and bugs. We didn't see anything big inside, but the kayaks had quite a few in and on them. Once we cleaned them up, we really enjoyed going out on the lake for a couple hours.

What a great experience. As relaxing as I was expecting. Very comfortable house, really well equipped and an amazing jacuzzi in the porch with protection from the wind and a beautiful view of the bay. Nature in its essence. My wife and I loved staying here for 4 days and we will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kelly's condo and cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is fantastic as both the beach and sound are just a short walk away in either direction. The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful views from the private balcony, and the inside was spotless. Kelly was very proactive with her communication and checked-in a couple of times to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. She also had everything needed to enjoy a trip to the beach conveniently stored in a storage room (new chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, ...etc...). I look forward to booking this again for a future trip to the beach!

The best experience I’ve had with a host I usually bring extra toiletries and trash bags etc but she had everything stocked any questions I had she responded right away I will definitely look for her next year when we go back also the easiest cleanup we’ve ever had

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning beachfront Airbnb in North Topsail Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the private deck as the sun rose over the water felt like a dream. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated, with a cozy coastal vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living space was ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

It was cozy little place with a great view of the ocean and we loved the balcony for breakfast. It was perfect for our Mom & Daughter trip.

Alyssa’s place provided everything you could think of! The place was perfect for my new family of 3! We really enjoyed the resort-like vibes.

Anne was so wonderful to work with and her communication was excellent! Her place was not only beautiful, but it was the perfect location to both the beach and the pool! It had multiple private decks for our family to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. The house was spotless and has been very well maintained; and as an extra bonus- it included ALL of the linens including plenty of extra bath towels and beach towels! We will definitely be back for many years to come!

Great place to stay. Very relaxing. High tide is right up to the sandbags so you can access the beach until later in the morning which was fine for us. After that the beach is open all day. Highly recommend this place. We will be back.
