Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Luxury holiday villa in the forest at holiday parc de Kievit for a perfect family/friend getaway to a very green and quiet environment. We have 4 bedrooms (of which 2 can be converted in to working/study spaces), a lush garden and a 7 person Silverspa massage bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. The garden hosts 2 outdoor dining areas (with BBQ) and various playing and relaxing areas. There is a 25m swimming pool and a small pool for toddlers, tennis courts and playgrounds on the parc.

Daarnaast zijn er fantastische wandel, fietsen en mtb routes in de buurt.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
