In a truly fantastic prime location in the historic center of Dordrecht with beautiful views of the Nieuwe Haven, we have our apartment on the ground floor for rent. Consisting of living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, separate toilet. Parking is possible on private, enclosed property. Storage and charging point for bicycles. Everything within walking distance: public transportation, stores, restaurants. Within 15 minutes by car from Breda and Rotterdam, Kinderdijk mills, nature park de Biesbosch.

Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and walking routes, directly on the Maas (dike) and close to the Overasseltse vennengebied. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The facilities are new and well maintained (the apartment was completed in June 2020 and has only been open as an (air)B&B since then).

(Upper) apartment or meeting place

This (upstairs) apartment can be a meeting place for a small group of people. Coffee and tea are then included, but drinks in the fridge are for a fee (cans of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). The apartment is at the top of the spiral staircase with a sliding door that can be locked with a knob cylinder. It is a non-smoking apartment, and it is not child-friendly. We also prefer not to have pets. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace, but no cannabis!
