The kitchen is equipped with a stove, Nespresso machine, pans, crockery, cutlery, microwave oven and refrigerator. The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), picnic table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, campfire, trampoline and BBQ.

For golf enthusiasts, the golf courses of De Haverleij ('s-Hertogenbosch), Almkreek (Almkerk) and Rosmalen are nearby.
