Incredible view. That’s for sure. I was in Miami on a short work trip and just leaving that balcony view during the day was hard enough. Checking out was even harder. Excellent overall. Very affordable for what you get. Super clean. Very secure building. Loads of food to walk to and just walking around with the flow of foot traffic in the afternoon/evening was awesome.

This is exactly as described. A corner unit at the Fontainbleau. Was a great stay and would book at this hotel through Airbnb and this host again.

amazing stay we really loved it

The condo was exactly what we were looking for quiet and cozy. Had all the necessities that we needed. We will definitely be back next time in Miami.

we had a wonderful vacation in this condo. It had fabulous views and the kitchen was clean and just what we needed. The spa bathroom shower was amazing with very strong water pressure and a hand held and overhead shower heads with multiple settings. It was easy in and out yo yhe pool and beach. The condo building has a market with a barrista, healthy foods and there is also a grocery and pharmacy across the street. We loved walking to Sazon cuban restaurant and other places.

We enjoyed our stay at the fountain blue everything was great great location everything you need close by the brows were amazing and the location made it easy to be on the beach or pull side without having to walk all over

We enjoyed our stay at Fountainebleau a lot. We loved the balcony with views of the ocean as well as Miami, we could watch the sun from sunrise to sunset. Unfortunately there was some construction on the street though. The apartment was very clean and up to date. For people who want to cook and eat in the apartment, there could be more plates, cups, bowls etc. Great oven, stove, microwave pan and pot are there for cooking. The elevator was a constant bottleneck, expect some waiting time. We loved the beach, chairs on the beach are free of charge for hotel guet, also one banana boat ride per day. The ocean was beautiful for swimming. We enjoyed walking and running the boardwalk, especially early mornings and evenings. We would definitely come back.

I had such an incredible stay! Would absolutely come back if given the opportunity, great responsive host, amazing location, beautiful view, my expectations were both met and exceeded. I can’t wait till my next trip to Miami!

A good place to have a quiet stay

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

We stay in Brickell most of the time. This was a good choice at the SLS LUX. Nice host and overall good and clean unit. We'll come back. Thank you.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The suite was large and beautifully finished, perfect for our small family with a 3 year old son. The amenities at the St Regis were fantastic as well and Michael was always quick to respond and professional. Highly recommended!

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

We had a wonderful stay while we celebrated our son's graduation. The home is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is lovely and the patio has numerous sitting/relaxing areas for eating or visiting. There are also numerous ways to "play" from a pickleball court and basketball hoop to pool toys and a zip line! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need, including many lovely serving pieces if you entertain. The hosts are responsive and lovely. Highly recommend!

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

I booked this Airbnb for my family visiting the area from out-of-state. They loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect for the Florida weather. The BBQ worked really well for the cook-out we had. I highly recommend Lear's house for any large groups!

If you are looking for a home away from the hustle of the beaches but close enough to drive to, this is your place. Quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from the airport and Lauderdale by the Sea, less than an hour from Miami. The home resembles the pictures quite a bit. They have strategically utilized every piece of the outside space, and we were comfortable using most of it. The only space we couldn’t enjoy was the outside movie area—only because we couldn’t get over our fear of the lizards and iguanas that hung out in the yard. They didn’t bother us; we were just scary! They were beautiful to observe. On a scale of 10: master bedrooms 10, queen bedroom and twin bedroom 9, hall bathroom 7, kitchen and it’s amenities 9, living room 8, inside dining area 10, pool area 10, hammock/lounge chair area 9, grill 10, outside eating space 10, sauna 10, workout area 8. Add to that a super kind host. Needless to say, we will come back again!

Beautiful home and beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet area but easily accessible to Las Olas, the beach, and the airport. Lots of restaurants in a walkable distance as well. The inside matched the description/photos and the coffee bar was a treat. Also, if you’re concerned about the Florida heat; the AC is immaculate. Ice Cold, lol! Definitely recommend staying if looking for a place in the area.
