Highly recommend! The unit is new and beautiful with stunning views and comfortable accommodations. The building is very nice, with 2 pools, a large hot tub, relaxing common areas, and friendly staff. Michael was quick to respond to all our questions.

My stay at Lincoln’s Suites was so comfy. I stayed by myself and the room is so spacious, has a kitchenette, walk in closet, small dining table, and a wonderful bed. Everything around it was so close. It’s a block walk to Ross, Five Below, CVS, liquor store etc. Everything is right there even the beach is just three short blocks. Cons: Limited kitchen gadgets (ex. Pots pans, paper towels, glasses. The ice machine is on the roof The bar for towels in the room I stayed in had a bit of rust. The walls carry sounds Other than that (minuscule things) everything was perfect. I would stay again. In fact planning on it and bringing my husband.

I had a great stay at Lincoln Arms! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a relaxing and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

Communication was very good, very quick answers and check in very easy. Are was more than flexible: My flight left in the evening and he offered me to stay as long as possible and even organized a place to leave lugguage and a possibility to take a shower-He frequently asked if everything was ok-perfect host, will definitively come back!

living space is very clean & well stocked. View of city and partial ocean is a highlight especially with ceiling to floor windows! love the valet parking & resort providing beach chairs and umbrella, it was needed in 90 degree weather! Building could invest in better gym equipment & thr pool area closed too soon for adults and pricing. overall great place!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is thoughtfully minimal, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The natural light throughout the space is fantastic, and the corner balcony on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of Miami—such a blessing to wake up to! The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The unit shares a private hallway with one other tenant, which likely helps to keep the price reasonable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and I would definitely stay again!

Very nice and reputable apartment right on the beautiful beach. The apartment is super central, as soon as you arrive by car it is taken and parked by the guys, you get out and check in the lobby, super easy. The guests come from all over the world and are rather upscale, the place is clean, and offers access to the pools and gym in addition to everything described. Very nice apartment, modernly furnished with washing machine and dryer, we arrived with two children, the baby bed and the high chair were already placed in the apartment, very attentive of Michael. Everything in the area is within walking distance, supermarket, restaurants, fast food all within 5 minutes. The beach is phenomenal and the loungers and parasols are provided by the hotel (private beach). It was a very nice time at Michael's place, thank you, we'll come back.

Had a great stay. Great view. Enough private space and very clean. Made me feel right at home. Will definitely be back.

This place is amazing. Everyone is conveniently close by, shopping, food, and mostly the beach. The Taxi was the best part of our stay. Ft. Lauderdale is a great place to stay and Bennie’s really was the best place to stay.

Our room was perfect for the two of us. Located within walking distance (steps) to the beach and boardwalk. Restaurants are also within walking distance along the boardwalk. We cooked most of our meals in our room and enjoyed them on the shared patio just outside our room. The onsite office staff were very helpful during our stay and provided everything we needed to make this a great vacation.

Kam was very generous, helpful, friendly, and honest. I appreciate the instructions and how quick as well as easy it was to check in. This was a great time with some great people!

This is a great spot in a great location. It had everything we needed. It was clean besides some scuffs on the bottom of the wall that look like they are just from luggage. Washer and dryer in the back that was free to wash and $1 to dry. What I will say is that this host actually reads their reviews and takes action. I saw in not too recent reviews a couple of complaints, and I see that the host has corrected them. Namely the beach chairs, they were brand new with tags still on. The other quests were nice and quiet. There were a variety of good restaurants nearby, liquor stores, little markets, and only steps away from the boardwalk. There also is a small playground at the end of this street at the boardwalk. We literally did not have to go more than 4 blocks in either direction for 4 days and had a blast. The beach was clean and not overly packed, also there are several options to rent shades, umbrella and lounge chairs as soon as you reach the boardwalk. We will be back for sure.

The Bikini Hostel was a great place to stay for an excellent price! Right in South Beach, close to everything, and walking distance (little less than a mile) from Ocean Drive. Having stayed in similar places, this one felt secure and the staff was helpful with any questions/requests we had. Great location and very affordable!
