My husband and I and our 10 year old daughter and 3.5 year old son came from LA and had the perfect family vacation here. Beautiful location, stunning views, easy and friendly valet and front desk host, plenty of beach and pool chairs - it was like being at a 5 star hotel without the noisy crowd. We instacarted groceries easily and the kitchen had everything you needed to make great coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Arlen Beach restaurant was right next door and delicious! We can see ourselves coming back for years and can’t wait until our youngest is a bit older and they can just go to the pool on their own! Thanks again for a great week!

Excelente el alojamiento en el departamento de Michael. Estaba muy bien ubicado en una zona de muchos restaurantes, cercano a la playa y fácil de acceder a cualquier lugar de Miami. El departamento era súper cómodo, tenía todas las prestaciones y estaba en perfecto estado. Con respecto a Michael siempre me sacó todas las dudas e inclusive me recomendó y me ayudó en lo que necesitaba. Sin dudas fue una experiencia muy linda, y volvería a elegirlo si en otras vacaciones regreso a Miami.

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

The unit was conveniently situated near a trolley stop, facilitating easy access to Mid Beach and South Beach. The unit was immaculate, and the closet with additional supplies proved to be highly practical. The beach was situated just two blocks away. While I appreciated the tranquil neighborhood, the complimentary trolley service provided convenient access to restaurants and a more lively atmosphere. The marina’s location was highly convenient, facilitating easy access to Raccoon Island.

Raynald’s co do was absolutely perfect! My boyfriend and I have not taken vacation in years and this spot for this price was absolutely perfect! There is tons to do with private access to the beach as well as TWO outdoor pools! We will definitely be staying again!

Desde el armario con los elementos de playa y pileta hasta la cocina muy completa el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo, el edificio además cuenta con todas las comodidades como un pequeño supermercado, pileta, etc.

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this Miami Beach Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—close to the beach and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The space was super clean and exactly as pictured. The host management is in the same building and was responsive and thoughtful and I was allowed to extend one extra hour. Highly recommended—I’d definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

The place was exactly as described beautiful and in a great location. Igor was very responsive and provided flexibility. The stunning surroundings and ideal location enhanced the overall experience. This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

The efficiency was really nice. Gorgeous view, comfortable and clean. Being a native Miamian and born and raised in the Grove, it was refreshing to know that everything was right at reach. I would book again

Idea para una estancia amena sin ruidos perturbadores del centro de South Beach. La ubicación es muy buena incluso sin vehículo rentado, el tranvía gratuito pasa por la puerta del complejo. Volveremos sin duda.
