Vacation rentals with beach access in North Athens Regional Unit

Først og fremst, Penny var enestående serviceinnstilt ! Svarte alltid raskt, og fant løsninger da jeg hadde gjort en feil ved booking og kun booker for meg, (ikke mine 2 barn i tillegg) ordnet med at noen kom å redde opp en ekstra seng. Stedet var fantastisk! Moderne, stilfullt, rent og pent ! Alt av tekniske løsninger var på plass, samt et veldig godt utstyrt kjøkken ! Her bor vi gjerne igjen ! Helt topp 🏆

Ev resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi, Temiz ve her ihtiyacinizi karşılayacak esyalar mevcuttu. Atina merkezine tranvay ve metro ile kolaylıkla gidebilirsiniz. Tranvay durağına yakın bir konumda. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Samimi ve yardım sever bir ev sahibi. Atinada konaklamayi düşünüyorsanız ailenizle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. Dolaptaki ikramlar içinde teşekkürler Krassy...

We needed a place to stay overnight for our connecting flight. Jenny's place was a great option in regards to pricing and proximity to the airport. Jenny went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She picked us up from and dropped us back to the airport, recommend nearby restaurants, and made sure everything went super smooth. She's definitely the most responsive and proactive host I've experienced so far. Thank you for everything.

The apartment was wonderful. You feel at home. It was clean and comfortable. The big terrace was amazing. The whole day sun and shadow. There was water in de fridge, coffee, sugar, juice, soap, etc. The bed and linen were of very good quality and were very comfortable. Very good wifi. The apartment is in a residential area and was very calm. It is only 3 minutes drive to the beaches and restaurants. Vasiliki was super friendly, responsive and accommodating. She gave great tips where to go. I highly recommend this place. I will come back.

I had to spend two nights at Themis place and it was an amazing stay. The location is phenomenal quiet safe and very polite neighbors, the apartment it self was stunning clean with everything you might need, needles to say the patio is in my opinion the best place of the appartment jacuzzi is fantastic to relax and decompress. The host was excellent I had to contact him a couple of times for advice and he was always quick to respond and more than willing to help. All and all this appartment is a must book if you are considering to stay in Athens. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

To był niesamowity pobyt. Timos jest jednym z najlepszych gospodarzy u jakich miałem szansę nocować. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Wzorowy kontakt, mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, masa pięknych i funkcjonalnych dodatków ( jak np kapcie hotelowe, czy kosmetyki pod prysznic). Kilka minut spaceru do promenady, plaży i lokalnych (pysznych) restauracji. Zostaliśmy przywitani jak rodzina a nie jak klienci i tak czuliśmy się przez cały pobyt :) Bardzo polecam!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und großartig gelegen. Angeliki war eine tolle Gastgeberin und reagierte sehr schnell auf alle Fragen! Absolute Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, wunderschön eingerichtet mit einer tollen Küche. Entspannen und frühstücken konnten wir in dem ruhigen Garten. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Niki und George sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatten immer eine gute Idee für einen Ausflug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; wie zu Hause und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. ----------------------- It is a very nice flat, beautifully furnished with a great kitchen. We were able to relax and have breakfast in the quiet garden. The location is perfect for excursions in the surrounding area. Niki and George are the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful and always had a good idea for an excursion. We felt very comfortable; like at home and look forward to seeing them again.

Το σπίτι ηταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε οτιδήποτε μπορούσα να φανταστώ πως χρειάζομαι. Οι άνθρωποι μού είχαν αφήσει ακόμα και ομπρέλα για βροχή ή πετσέτα θαλάσσης σε περίπτωση δεν ειχα φέρει δικά μου, διάφορες επιλογές απο σαμπουάν και αφρολουτρα. Η κουζίνα είχε τα πάντα, απο πολλαπλές μηχανές καφέ, μέχρι και τσάι, ζάχαρη, στέβια, ο,τι μπορεί να φανταστεί κανείς. Και στο ψυγείο με περίμενε και ενα αυγουλάκι κόκκινο, λόγω του Πάσχα. Εχω τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις απο την διαμονή μου.

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Anna’s place was great! 3 min walk from the beach and really delicious affordable restaurants. Anna was super responsive and helpful!!!

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα ανακαινισμένο, μοντέρνο, καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο πραγματικά με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστείς. Ο χώρος έχει στυλ και φαίνεται πως έχει διαμορφωθεί με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα. Διαθέτει μεγάλα, άνετα μπαλκόνια με θέα και γενικά, είναι από τα μέρη που σε κάνουν να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία είναι τρομερά εξυπηρετική, κοντά στο μετρό. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί, πολύ φιλικοί και ευγενικοί. Θα το ξανάπροτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο το ένιωθες σαν το σπίτι σου και τα είχες όλα. Υπάρχει ακριβώς δίπλα μαγαζί για καφέ και πρωινό καθώς και ότι άλλο χρειαστεί κανείς για να μαγειρέψει. το μέρος είναι κοντά σε όλα μαγαζια, εστιατόρια,club 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. γενικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

The place was very clean and exactly as described. I heard from friends that the area was a bit shady but I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurants and bars nearby. Customer service overall was very good all over Athens. The only downside I would say about the place was the mattress which felt a bit worn out especially on one side. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable place in a convenient location!

We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!

L'appartement d'Antigoni disposait de tout le nécessaire, et la terrasse est très agréable. Antigoni a répondu à toutes nos questions de manière réactive. Nous recommandons son logement.

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.
