Beachfront vacation rentals in North Andros

This was our second stay. Enjoyed the upgrades. Peaceful and relaxing.

Dianne and Val are so sweet and accommodating. She helped find me a bike to ride around the island at no cost and even when the bike had and issue in minutes she had me another one. Emma was such a kind and thoughtful host. Her place was exactly as described in a very quiet and pretty part of Andros. Emma was incredibly helpful making recommendations for food and places to visit in the area, and really helped make the stay a wonderful experience!

Fabulous house on a secluded beach. Ideal for families with small children. A wonderful surround deck to stay in the shade and breeze. Shallow water for young kids but with a protected bay for swimming and paddle boarding. Ron and Evie were ready to help at all times. A great spot to get away from it all.

My expectations were completely surpassed as I entered the house! Pristine house with beautiful furniture and comfy couches. A great full service kitchen with a table and chairs to sit down and enjoy your meals. Evelyn also offers meal service and the meals were plentiful and absolutely delicious! I was down there for a bone fishing trip and the guide launched right across the street from the house! If you and a few of your friends are looking for a great place to stay close to some of the most beautiful water and insane bone fishing, this is the place!!! I fully expect to come back and use the house again!!

Words are difficult to find. Absolutely stunning location and we had the best holiday experience. Communication from Francine throughout was superb and everything was organised for us in respect to arranging the flight from Nassau to San Andros and a welcome meal beautifully prepared and delivered by the property manager, Zona and his wife Bernadette. We cannot thank Zona enough for all his help and kindness throughout the whole vacation. Highlight was when he took us out on his boat for a 4 hour sight seeing trip which included bone fishing, snorkelling and some showing us some Andros ‘secrets’. His knowledge of the sea and the beautiful island was outstanding. I must also mention that the inhabitants of Nicholls Town are the friendliest people I have ever met. Everyone was so pleased to help in any way they can.We cycled most days and this was perfectly safe as the roads are all smooth and all the drivers are very courteous of cyclists.Highly recommended for a totally relaxed holiday

Trevor is super hospitable, great house, great location. Biking, kayaking, fishing, fishing while kayaking, sea turtles, scuba down the road, etc. Super place.

Everything was as described. A clean place to stay with AC in the bedrooms. Nice restaurant a few doors down. Right on the beach! Close to multiple grocery stores. It was the perfect base camp for our bone fishing adventures. Everything we needed!

If you’re considering staying in Andros, do it! Especially with Trevor. He was a very gracious host. You can not beat the views or proximity to the amazing beaches and flats. The space is clean and the AC works great. I recommend you rent a car or have the taxi stop on your way to get drinking water, food, alcohol, and bug spray. Brigadiers restaurant/bar is just down the road but eating there multiple times a day (especially if you have alcohol) adds up quickly. There are bikes and kayaks available for your use, just ask Trevor. During our time in Andros we saw bone fish, sea turtles, star fish, puffer fish, dolphins, and sting ray. We recommend a fishing trip for bone fish with Shawn Riley while you’re here also (bring wading shoes or aqua socks). The people of andros are so friendly and island is beautiful!

Lured Inn is a hidden Bahamas gem! This was our first time to the Bahamas with our family of four - two kids age 9 and 11. Amy was SO helpful from the minute we booked assisting in travel, transportation, and recommendation help. Her proactive communication made getting to and enjoying this tucked away spot seamless. The pictures do not do justice to the stunning property perched on white sands with the cove seemingly to ourselves. We enjoyed a half day trip up the cove to Money Point for snorkeling and leisure, saw many sea turtles swimming in the cove, kayaked, and leisured. Nathan, the grounds keeper, was a sweetheart and kept the beach pristine and the kids hands full of fresh coconuts! We ventured down to Kizzy's for a fabulous island dinner - you MUST get the cracked conch! Two days were spend out on the water with Gandal - fishing the flats for bone fish (SO FUN) and snorkeling the reefs. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend Amy's in a heartbeat!

An amazing stay in Andros. We've been coming here for 25 years and have always seen the Coakley House while coming in and out of Fresh Creek in the boat. We jumped on the opportunity to rent the place and stay this trip. Junior, the house manager, was unbelievable to us. He made everything comfortable, made us feel very welcomed, and communicated with us proactively during the trip. The house itself was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Not your typical Airbnb with nothing in the drawers! We felt very at home. Although every day was spent on the boat (which we docked at the house), we absolutely relished in the sunset evening session on the expansive patio overlooking the water. What an enjoyable place to talk and relax! We will be back for sure.. big thanks to Junior and the crew at Coakley House for an unforgettable stay.
