Lakefront with large terrace. Private jetty and access to small rowing boat and canoes. Sjöstugan is directly located Garnsviken and is newly renovated and fully equipped. The cottage is located in a rural location about 5 km from Åkersberga and 25 km to Stockholm. Private car is needed even if it is possible to travel by public transport. Here you can fish, hike Roslagsleden, play golf, padel, etc. in the nearby area. In the winter time you can go long-distance skating and cross-country skiing. The upstairs has an open floor plan and is suitable for a couple or a family.

Detached cottage in fantastic Täljö - With private sauna! The house has a kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds. Large wooden deck with morning sun and daytime sun. The forest is just around the corner with nice trails. There are bicycles to borrow for excursions. Charcoal grill available for nice barbecue evenings! 5-minute walk to the train, and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. (Cost for train about 3.5 Euro) TV with Chromecast. Free WiFi. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

A unique lakeside home with a nice view of Åkers Canal, Åkersbro and Prästfjärden. Here you live in a carefully renovated magazine on three floors from about 1850 with preserved charm. The house feels both luxurious and cozy and has a great atmosphere and tranquility. Note: Not safe for smaller children; stairs without railings, windows without child barrier at floor level with high drop height. Not accessible.
