Spacious apartment with balcony

Welcome inside a bright and charming apartment with a large balcony where the afternoon sun can be enjoyed. The apartment was renovated in the summer of 2023 and is therefore in the best condition. A central but quiet location, close to pedestrian streets, cafes and restaurants and where you can easily take a walk along Aalborg's beautiful waterfront. The apartment is less than a kilometer from Aalborg station, and good bus connections take you to the airport within 15 minutes. Look forward to feeling at home in our home.

Newly renovated, cozy and unique apartment, close to Aalborg city center (walking distance), Aalborg airport, shopping, workplaces. Lovely quiet, private apartment in Nørresundby, tucked away in the backyard, with new comfortable beds, coffee machine, smart TV with Chromecast, TV channels, Wi-Fi, and brand new, fully equipped kitchen. Just a few minutes' walk to Limfjorden, trains and buses as well as shopping. Aalborg City Center - 2 km Aalborg Airport - 3.3 km Shopping (Lidl) - 400 m Train - 1 km

Cozy apartment. Attractive location

Really cozy two-room apartment. Good double elevation bed, with separate mattresses. Small staircase up to the bedroom, which has a low ceiling but is super cosy, good cupboard space. There is underfloor heating in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine in the kitchen and shared tumble dryer in the basement. Good, well-furnished living room with television, large TV package, internet. Super good location close to the centre, marina, cafes and good shopping opportunities etc

2 bedroom with large balcony and views over Aalborg

Bright 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Great views. Nearby there are shopping opportunities. Sleeping 2 people in the bedroom and 3rd sleeping area is on sofa bed. There is a TV with chromecast in both rooms - does not have TV channels. Close to bus and also has free parking. WiFi and cleaning after the stay are included in the price. Since I live in between myself in the apartment, there will be some of my personal belongings in the apartment - e.g. clothes and shoes.

Lejligheden ligger i Nordjyllands højeste ejendom "Horisonten", som er opført i 2020. Lejligheden er placeret på 8. sal, og byder derfor på en skøn udsigt over Limfjorden, Aalborg Centrum og den omkringliggende natur. Du kan gå til Aalborg Centrum på ca. 20 minutter via den hyggelige Kulturbro. Foretrækker du at gøre turen lidt nemmere, ligger Lindholm Station blot 500 meter fra lejligheden - Herfra kører der tog direte til Aalborg Centrum, hvor du er fremme på få minutter.

Large apartment of 157 square meters on the 13th floor, from which you can enjoy the view of Lindholm Høje, Nørresundby, Ålborg, Limfjorden and Egholm. Watch the sunrise on the breakfast balcony, the afternoon sun on the lunch balcony and the sunset on the afternoon balcony. Includes a fully equipped kitchen. Park in your own carport in an area with very few parking spaces. Short distance to airport, train station and bus stops. Walking distance to the center of Ålborg.

Chic apartment, private kitchen, new bathroom, parking

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place with free parking and walking distance to Aalborg. Close to the E45 Newly renovated with a nice bathroom, new kitchen and stylish design. Can be used for couples, singles or a small family of 3. There used to be a sofa bed, but this has now been replaced with a bed, so there is better comfort. Super cozy basement apartment!

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located area. It is 2 km to the city center. 250 m to the nearest supermarket, 100 m to the bus and green areas with forest. New kitchen and newer bathroom, with all appliances. There is a connected living room and bedroom, a small hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and terrace are private and are not part of the rental.
