Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

40 m2 house with a cozy sleeping loft accessed by a ladder and a 140 cm sofa bed. Built in 2019 and is close to the family house. In the house there is also a lovely massage chair that can be used unlimited. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge and freezer. If there is a need for a washing machine, it can be arranged in the main house. The bed is made up and towels/bath towels and robes are available for you. Nespresso machine with capsules and tea is included in the price TV and wifi are available Electric car can be charged with us at cost.

Welcome to Backgläntan 8 – a modern apartment in Kungsberget with everything you need! Enjoy a sauna, ethanol fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and furnished roof terrace with barbecue & fantastic views all year round. Two bedrooms with a total of 6 beds: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The apartment has fiber internet and plenty of games for the whole family. Clean yourself and avoid the cleaning fee. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in a cozy A-frame cabin. Enjoy in front of the fireplace or swim in the lake 100 meters from the cabin. Choose to cook over an open fire, make pizza in the pizza oven or something simple in the kitchen. The children can jump off energy in the trampoline or follow the hiking trail that starts over at the rest area a few hundred meters away. A beach is 900 meters away. An hour away by car is Järvsö with all activities in summer and winter. Welcome!

The house is about 5 km from the E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has a fully equipped kitchen, even a microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available, but sheets and towels are to be brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and WiFi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to use. In summer, there is also a heated pool. Additional accommodation in a large apartment can also be rented.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cabin close to nature.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a river flows next to the cottage. There is a cozy barbecue area where you can cook food over an open fire, or just enjoy the fire. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.

A cozy and newly-renovated cottage with walking distance to Söderhamn's archipelago and swimming facilities. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with sleeping space for 4, a modern kitchen, large and nice common area and balcony with barbecue grill. A fully-equipped bathroom with washing machine and shower. The cottage is located 10 minutes by car from central Söderhamn and 10 minutes walking distance to the golf course and public beach. An idyllic location for both sun and silence.
