In the house there is a large equipped kitchen with wood stove, Community Room/Bedroom with 4 beds and tile stove. Glazed porch. Bathroom with toilet, a shower and a washing machine. The property is close to nature and the Dellens lakes, about 4 km from the city center where there is a restaurant, grocery store, skate park etc. Approximately 30 km to the wolverine lake and hassela ski resort. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure.

Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3. Free electric car charging. High ceilings and large lovely areas for socializing both inside and out with furnished terrace in three directions, while comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna, smart tv, and wifi. Ski/bike storage right at the entrance and a drying room with washing machine and dehumidifier where you can set up and dry all equipment. This is the upper apartment with loft.

Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and the swimming pit in the water. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter-october.

I‘ve never slept so close to the sea. Awesome! This house is posh and affordable at the same time. I have to come back to stay a bit longer! Try the Restaurant. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Nice accommodation in central Hudiksvall with walking distance to everything. The accommodation was clean and fresh and the sheets and towels I rented smelled clean and good. Tommy came by and showed me some instructions, which felt good. The only downside is that the floor in the bathroom does not slope towards the drain, so the floor gets very wet after a shower (Tommy told me about it, which made me prepared) but it dried up the next day. Definitely a place to stay I can come back to!

The place is close to a lake and was warm and cozy. Unfortunately, you can only see the great view of the water from the terrace and not from the inside of the house. Communication was flawless and we were able to book at very short notice. Great!
