The house with all the amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with its own jetty, close to the bus to Stockholm. The house is suitable for four people. One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

If you like climbing, Skeviks cave is about 1.5 km away, where you will find fantastic routes for different levels. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement level of the main building (which the tenant has sole access to). A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace.
