Beautiful year-round annex, 32 sqm, suitable for 2 people. The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with a nice enclosed private garden. We have a 2-minute walk to a fantastic view of Kullen, the harbor and the coast, as well as a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bridge, and thus ample opportunity for a morning dip! Follow the Lighthouse Trail towards the old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from where there is a breathtaking view. It is possible to borrow a men's and women's bicycle, with gears. Older models!

The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Bike path just around the corner and via it you can go north to Mölle, Kullaberg and Krapprup. To the south, you can reach Höganäs. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.
