Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Outer tube/lökenäs

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, newly renovated 110 sqm place to stay. Located about 30 yards from the sea and within walking distance to Lökenäs beach. There is a large patio on the unspoiled backside with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and tableware for 12 people. Öland Zoo and Coop are 12 minutes from the property. It takes 14 minutes to Färjestaden, where more grocery stores and shopping centers are available. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes to Böda Sands camping. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

Nice cottage with double bed and sofa bed (sleeps 4) including bed linen. Large smart TV and WiFi. Super location close to Kalmar but still in the countryside. Biking distance to Hansa City and its shopping. Cozy roads for cycling or walking. Several nightingales on the premises. Kitchenette with an induction plate, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Barbecue outside and table and chairs both inside and out. Bathroom with toilet, shower and towels. The train passes the property at a distance only during the day, safety fence.

En lantlig och mysig stuga på Öland. Med egen uteplats, grill, pergola och utsikt över ängar. För 5–6 gäster ingår separat gäststuga med sovplats för två. Stugan ligger i kanten av vår privata trädgård – ibland kan du se oss på håll, men vi respekterar din vistelse. Totalrenoverad i gammaldags stil med ett sovrum och litet sovloft. 1000m till vattnet och 9 min till Ölandsbron. Nära natur & centrum. Obs: Låg takhöjd (2 m) i sovrum och badrum. Inget separat vardagsrum – endast det som syns.

Sjöstugan, Solviken

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Cozy cottage by the sea

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

If you like nature, silence and magical starry skies, you will love our glamping, which is located overlooking the sea. The glamping tent has a double bed and two single beds. And an English wood-burning stove from Salamander Stove. Dogs are welcome. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas grill, coffee maker, cooler with USB socket for mobile charging. Linen and towel included. Children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge in the company of an adult.

Fully furnished cottage on a detached farm 20 km north of Kalmar. Old grain warehouse renovated for housing in 2019. Rural location with privacy. 200 m from the Ironman cycling route in Läckeby. Access to swimming pool (10x5m) and outdoor exercise equipment. 1.5 km to Läckeby center where you will find a small grocery store and pizzeria. Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation

Fresh guest house for rent

Close to good bus communications with bus 401 that goes to the county hospital in Kalmar . Bedroom in the loft with a double bed and a single bed. Kitchenette. Sofa bed for two people in the living room. Water heater sufficient for normal hot water consumption. If there are several people, you may need to take shorter showers. The water heats up again pretty quickly.

Here you will have the opportunity to live in the middle of the forest on a mountain by a lake. The house does not have electricity or running water. There is a composting toilet next to the house and a water tank in the house.
