The lower apartment is used by us on weekends or during vacations. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished in the Scandinavian style and fully equipped. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

Renovated in 2021 and high-quality equipped 2-room apartment is located near the beach (5-7 minutes' walk), not far from the new dune park, in popular Baltic Sea resort Grömitz. The apartment is central yet very quiet, so you can relax ideally in the apartment and on the large terrace. As a special highlight, we offer our guests a free beach chair worth €15 per day from April to early October.
