Das Cottage liegt in einem 3 Hektar großen grünen Gartenparadies am westlichen Ende des Dorfes. Direkt gegenüber geht der Strandweg über Felder und durch einen kleinen verwunschenen Wald direkt zum Strand. Alles ist eingebettet in die wunderschöne Landschaft des Klützer Winkels. Die Küste ist eher wild aber dafür sehr wenig besucht.
