Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Nordstrand

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

Communication with the host is very smooth and quick. The scenery around the accommodation is nice, and the amenities are very well equipped. It's near the end of the bus line, so transportation is good and the mart is close, so I highly recommend it.

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

Lovely location near a train station that offers a quick trip into the city. Wonderful apartment with many bedrooms, ideal for a larger group!

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s house in Nittedal! Communication with Victoria was excellent both before and during our vacation. She was very helpful and gave us great tips. The house was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids aged 4 and 9). It was super clean, tidy, and beautifully furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was excellently equipped, the living room very cozy, and the bathroom offered both a shower and a lovely bathtub. The location was ideal: about 30 minutes by rental car to both the airport and the center of Oslo. A sledding hill and the Vallingkollen ski area, where you can rent ski equipment, were only 15 minutes away – we had a great time experiencing the Norwegian winter there. Our kids loved it! We also visited the Technology Museum, the Paradox Museum, and the Natural History Museum with the kids – all three are highly recommended. It was such a relaxing and beautiful vacation. Quiet location, incredibly cozily furnished/partly nostalgic. In a few minutes by bus (and then by ferry to Oslo) and at the grocery store or down on the coast. Rushing stream on the premises.

We had a really nice stay at Kaja's place in the Holmenkollen area. The house is large and has a very beautiful kitchen and great upper floor with lots of amenities for kids. The bathroom is fantastic and bedding is great. There is lots to do in the area especially if you are into nature. Also the railway to the city centre is relatively close and there is also a direct bus to the city center super close by. We would come back for sure!

We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

The apartment is really great. Quiet, located in a nice neighborhood, very clean and you are in approx. 15 min. with a short walk + bus in the center. Hanne was totally attentive & questions were answered super quickly. For cooking lovers, that was probably the best equipped kitchen we've ever had, thanks for that. The bathroom with underfloor heating was a little highlight every morning. Hanne also has a really very good taste, the quite different pictures, which can be found in many places, together with the plants ensure coziness. If you like to sleep softly, you'll love Hanne's bed. The couch is actually even bigger than it looks in the pictures & super comfortable. We felt very comfortable & recommend the accommodation.

Inger responded to messages right away, so communication was very smooth!It was helpful that they also explained how to check in and out in detail.Transportation access is good, and it is conveniently close to Oslo Central Station.The room was also spacious and comfortable!

Place was clean and cozy. Jonas was friendly and responsive!

We had a great time staying at Torgeir's lovely home. I really enjoyed sitting out on the cedar deck and the house was comfortable and warm with all the necessities needed for just a couple of days. Torgeir was also a very nice and warm person, which added a lot to our stay. Thank you Torgeir!

Pernille and Ola were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. They gave us plenty of recommendations for the national holiday we visited during! The house has so much character and was the perfect size for two people. The bed was soooooooo comfortable. Loved our stay

The apartment is like pictures. Short distance to Ekebergsletta, bus to the city center just outside the door. Easy with street parking. Very nice host.

Loved the place - decorated with so much charm and character. Walking distance from botanical gardens and the Oslo shopping area. Would definitely stay there once more if I visit Oslo in the future

Great cabin in Ytre Enebakk with very many beds! Right on a private beach overlooking the lake Mjær. The cabin was exactly as pictured in the photos and as described in the listing. When we arrived, we especially noticed very new and clean bed linens placed on the beds. Also, there was prepared wood in the fire pit outside and gas tank ready on the gas grill. Great!

Incredibly cozy, sweet cabin with the best outdoor shower we have ever tried. Very private and quiet location, simple style with everything we needed. Annette told us about very nice hiking areas (Breivoll we loved it) we will recommend the cabin highly and will be happy to come back

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely cabin in the woods, highlight of our trip! It is an amazing feeling sitting inside with the wood stove on, warm and cozy!

I had a wonderful stay. The house was cosy and had everything you need. Martha has done a great job making the cabin feel homely. I particularly loved the bathtub and the sauna. Martha was a very responsive host and suggested some great hikes that I thoroughly enjoyed. Was sad to leave and would definitely go back. Thank you Martha.

Beautiful summer gem of a place! Great outdoor area, with access to various outdoor toys, trampoline and several seating areas. Perfect sun conditions, short distance to the sea and a short walk to the convenience store. Smart TV with access to multiple apps. Bright and delicately decorated. Definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful holiday in Jonas and Renate's cabin. Stunning views and an ideal base for visiting Oslo. Tips for future guests: Planning to visit Oslo? Park your (rental) car at Hauketo station. (no parking fees) From there it's a 10 minute train ride to the city center. Download the Ruter app for public transport. Very easy to pay. Kiwi is the nearest supermarket and just as good as Rema 1000, which is a bit further away. In Oslo, it's fun to do a 3 hour bike tour (Baja) to get to know the city. Also book a sauna session in one of the floating saunas in Oslo's harbor and take a refreshing dip in the sea. (Kok or Badstuforening) If you're coming with an electric car, you can download the Charge365 app. It's best to do this in advance, as you'll need to add a payment method. At the charge point, you can't scan a QR code; instead, you have to manually enter an ID. The ID is displayed on the charge point.
