This is an absolutely gorgeous place that would highly recommend. A real farmer's idyll, with a lovely farmyard, a house you want to move into, and walk you a hundred meters down the road you have a swimming area that provides fresh bathrooms and postcard photos. A great villa with many accommodation options. Especially great: the two huge Lego boxes 😍 It took some getting used to that the two bathrooms have separate entrances, but are only separated from each other by a shower curtain. However, this was also described in the property description. Oyvind was also helpful in finding a ski school or recommending restaurants! All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Cute place that was perfect for our family. Everything we needed and just like pictures and description.

We felt right at home. The house is beautifully situated above Favang with a great view. We were greeted nicely and had everything we needed. Communication with Julia was excellent. We had enough wood for the stove to make ourselves comfortable. We were able to spend a nice week skiing. For cross-country skiing, Hafjell is better suited and also only 30 minutes away. We will be happy to come back.

Very happy with the stay, we were a group of friends on a trip, and if there was anything I was wondering about, there was quick and efficient communication with the hosts. The cabin was extremely nice and had everything we needed during our stay.

We had a great stay in Per‘s cosy cottage. Everything is exactly as described und communication with Per was always quick, easy and helpful. The cottage is cosy, fully equipped (kitchen ) and surrounded by beautiful nature- cross country tracks just start in front of the door. Thanks again !

We felt very comfortable in Kjell's cabin and were hoped to spend great white Christmas. :-) The cabin was very well equipped (e.g. kitchen, washing machine), super cozily furnished and really warm despite the cold outside temperatures. The sunrises and mountain view were very special. We were even lucky enough to see the northern lights right by the cabin! Kjell was always approachable and very helpful and friendly and also welcomed us at the cabin on the day of arrival and familiarized us with everything. We can definitely recommend the cabin and the host!

We have had some lovely and relaxing days in Etnedalen with some skiing and sledding. Come to warm cabin and shallow all the way. The cabin is well equipped and cozy with great scenery around. Thank you for us. We have enjoyed ourselves and will be happy to take the trip again

A little short what to expect upon arrival at this Cabin. As you approach the village of Dokka, the altitude meter goes up quickly, until you started to see shorter trees and mountain cot. Then you turn right and you are there. You are greeted by an idyllic cottage with a location pointing to a South-easted direction with beautiful nature views. The cabin is newly renovated on the inside with a creative touch that makes it very homely. - As the description claimed, the place is dog friendly. This is what we mean at the bottom of reality. The location is part of a large sled-dog community, where you want to see dog sledding and ski runners in the terrain often. No worries with noise. The dogs we had the opportunity to witness be calm and nice where they enjoyed being out in the sun and then getting some food. - You can easily get out into a well looked after ski track that stretches towards different directions, but eventually leads to the mountain cliffs. Large open views that make it easy for those who have a dog you need to keep an extra eye on during the ski trip (like ours). - When you then come back from the tour, the fireplace awaits and good food together with an occasional beer/wine to it. --- Rachel, many thanks for the loan- we will be happy to come again!

Daniel's place is just great. We were there as a family of four over Christmas and the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The amenities are more than extensive, everything was really there. Both in the kitchen and in the offer of toys(even the sleds were available). The cinema room is a real highlight. The area is ideal to have a quiet contemplative time there. Daniel was excellent as a host and was quick to respond to requests, of which there was not much, as everything was as listed and the cabin was very well prepared. All in all we had a great time with lots of snow and would be happy to come back.

Fantastic stay. The house is very comfortable, well-decorated, super well-equipped. We immediately felt good there. The view is indeed grandiose. You can enjoy it on the beautiful terraces as well as from the hot tub or the interior of the house. The hikes around the house are varied and, for those who like, there are cross-country ski slopes easily accessible from the house. The hot tub is great. The house was super clean when we arrived. The hosts are adorable, super responsive whenever you have a question and very friendly. If we could give more than five stars we would do it. We have nothing but good to say about this unforgettable rental.

Nice hytte with beautiful view! On winter time is opportunity to ski!on summer time it’s nice ro grill and sit outside on terrace! Host Pål is very helpful and respond very quickly !
