In the summer we have great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bicycle that can be rented. With a half hour drive you reach several attractions like Hunderfossen in the south and Fron water park in the north. Bjønnlitjønnvegen 45 offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. After a day of activities, you can relax in the spacious kitchen or in the living room, both with spectacular views.

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Nearest cottage area is Gamlestølen with alpine slope, cross country ski trails and restaurant. Very nice walk area both around cabin and in Etnedal itself, Valdres. Here you can walk both long and short walks, bike. In winter it is possible to go cross country skiing. There is a lot of blueberries right by the cabin. The cabin itself is very well equipped, has most of what you need for everyday life.

Beautifully situated log cabin 10-min drive from the center of Lillehammer. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.
