There is no shower in the cabin but there is a nice outdoor wash outside as well as an outdoor toilet. Electricity and cooking facilities as well as a small fridge. Walking distance to bus with frequent departure to Oslo, Drøbak, Ski and Tusenfryd. Walking distance to grocery store Extra which is open on Sundays. Beautiful beach Breivoll nearby. It is not possible to drive up to the cabin. Free parking down also about 150 meters up the stairs 😊

Cozy apartment with access to sauna and hot tub

🏡 Newly renovated apartment in a great location. Here you are close to the field with hiking trail a stone's throw away. Although the apartment is right on the edge of nature, you live very centrally. ♨️ Sauna and hot tub are available for an extra fee. They are located on the side of the house with a nice view of the natural surroundings. Price: NOK 600 for either the sauna or the hot tub, and NOK 1,000 if you wish to use both for two hours. This has to be arranged well in advance with the host, who will warm up the place and get everything ready for you.

Private jetty and swimming area and a common jetty that is more child-friendly with a beach and benches. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the common jetty and our own jetty is about 70 meters with stairs down to the water. Quiet, undisturbed cabin 20 min drive from Ryen There are large open areas with forest but also some private areas. Langenvannet is about 10 km long and we are located in the middle of the lake. If you want to go for a walk in the woods, it is best if we explain where you can go for the best possible walk. Avoid private properties

The villa has a large private garden with its own jetty and beautiful views of Kolbotnvannet. The garden has several outdoor areas where you can enjoy the sun from early morning to late evening. The space in front of the house has a large seating area and dining table with room for 12. Come and relax in a peaceful residence near nature, but still centrally located. This is a quiet and child-friendly area with nice nature. Nice forest trails for walking, jogging or cycling. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail and an ice rink. There is also a tennis, football, basketball court and playground for the little ones just across the road. The nearest beach, Hvervenbukta with nice sea views is 4.5 km away. It takes approx. 10 minutes by car to the city center and the nearest bus stop is 300 meters away. Welcome!
