In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

If you would like to explore the beautiful surroundings by bike, there is an e-bike rental in the village.

Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

Quiet granny apartment in Offenburg

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.

Our family-friendly apartment can accommodate 4 guests. In the 1st bedroom there is a box spring bed, a wardrobe and a smart TV. The 2nd double bed can be found on our cozy sleeping loft. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Here, too, there is a smart TV. The large terrace invites you to linger. A parking place is available.

124 m² apartment on a farm in the Black Forest

Right next to the Gmeiner farm with cows, ponies, chickens, cat and dog is the 124 m² apartment suitable for the disabled with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and shower suitable for the disabled, another separate toilet, a large open-plan living and dining area. Dogs are welcome, we charge 25 euros per dog. The municipality charges a visitor's tax of 2.50 euros from the age of 16, which must be paid on site.

Lovely apartment surrounded by beautiful nature. An ideal starting point for many beautiful excursions. Modern apartment (48 square meters) with large balcony. For sleeping, a double bedroom and a new sofa bed in the living room are available. So a total of four people can stay at the apartment. The apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished. For small children, a high chair is of course available. There are many excursion destinations nearby, such as Europa-Park, Gengenbach or Strasbourg.
