Sie verfügt über ein komfortables King-Size-Bett und eine Schlafcouch mit Doppelbettfunktion. Ideal für Paare, Familie oder Freunde. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 20min erreichbar, Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Das Kraterbad (im Winter) ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus. Für erholsame Tage in ruhiger Lage.

Eingebettet zwischen schattigen Wäldern und weitläufigen Feldwegen, finden Sie mit meiner Ferienwohnung einen Ort, an dem moderner Komfort auf die Ursprünglichkeit des Landlebens trifft. Das Haus aus dem Jahr 1693 wurde liebevoll restauriert. Die alte Bauweise wurde komplett erhalten, jedoch mit vielen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Mein Bauernhaus ist geeignet für Paare, Naturfreunde, Alleinreisende sowie Familien.

The newly renovated apartment in idyllic Maihingen is located in Nordries. Modern furnishings invite you to relax. With a total of 3 bedrooms, up to 6 people have a cozy place to sleep. A feel-good oasis is located in the new bathroom with a large shower. Memories can be created in the open kitchen-living room. In addition, the two sheep in the garden, which can be visited, are delightful. In Ries, beautiful hiking trails through forests and villages can be experienced.

The apartment has about 80 sqm with a total of two bedrooms, a large and bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom including shower. In addition, a balcony and free parking on the premises are available. The apartment is located in the center of the Ries Geopark with only about 10 km away from the famous old town of Nördlingen.

Der große südlich ausgerichtete Balkon besitzt eine Markise und präsentiert einen wunderschönen Panoramaausblick auf Wald, Wiesen und den Riegelberg. Sie liegt am Rande des Nördlinger Ries im staatlich anerkannten Luftkurort Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.
