My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurf school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

From this centrally located place you are in a few steps in the lively city life and yet live in a quiet side street. The apartment is located in the middle of the trendy district, the "Viertel." Many restaurants, shops and cafes, as well as theaters and cinemas are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a large main room that has been lovingly renovated and equipped to a high standard. The perfect place to relax and explore the city.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

The Finnish log cabin has a covered veranda from which you can see the 3000 m² forest. In the area you can find cycling and hiking trails. Ideal for nature-loving people. Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
